Took my son in for EMERGENCY CARE but was turned away because we didn’t have insurance and the money up front for treatment.

The nurse Ciara was absolutely the best care I’ve had anywhere. She listened, gave advice, and genuinely cared. Thanks for making a bad situation better.

Such a great experience. Got seen in less than 30 mins. Super thorough testing. Amazing nurses and techs. Honestly would not go anywhere else for emergency care.

They told me I had COVID and that's not cool. But they treated me for my COVID and that was cool. Outstanding service in spite of being told I was sick.

If there were more than 5 stars I would mark them all. Truly my husband and I are delighted with the service, the treatment of the entire team, the speed and kindness of everyone. We recommend them 100%

I haven't been well so I went to this emergency room. I normally don't like any type of emergency rooms. I feel like I'm going to get more sick there than I was coming in as a patient. However, that wasnt the case. The facility was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and polite. The first Jackie that came and got me was nice. However The RN Jackie was awesome! She caught my fever at 103 and did everything she could to get it down she had no issues putting my IV in so I can get fluids and she kept coming in the room checking on me. This is one of the first places where I did not have to use the call light because my nurse is there and very attentive and kept checking on me. So if my doctor's office is not open. That's fine by me. I'm going to come right here if my doctor's office close early. I'm coming right here so I do recommend this place in the shout out to Nurse Jackie for catching the fever and working on it to get down. Thank you, I appreciate you and I hope your company appreciate you as well

Crushed it. This team is Formula 1 and the other Urgent Cares are just running Go Karts but, not really comparable I guess. Beautiful facility, well appointed waiting room, yes every snack or drink you could think of. We had been to 2 other Urgent cares and this visit was at 7 , 3 IV's later, Blood work done, Urine work done, paperwork completed and left at 10. Seriously, an ER at the hospital would have been a day and half. Knowledgable, empathetic, thoughtful...well done! ,

The best urgent care I have ever been to! Sadly, I have been to ER of Texas, Hurst many times. All of the Doctors are knowledgeable and have x-ray and diagnostic equipment on-site. The entire team of nurses and radiology people all work together seamlessly. They have a great system here and care is top notch!

I want to preface this review by saying that I just recently moved to Texas so I was not aware that free-standing ERs were a thing. This establishment popped up in my Google search for an urgent care facility. On the outset, this appears to be a great place for care. However, in filling out the paperwork, there was a form to be signed that in part states that in instances where a patient is self-pay (which was my case until my new job starts), you can expect to pay anywhere from $300 to well into the thousands depending on what is being done to diagnose your problem or $100 per hr (I'm paraphrasing here, but that's generally what's stated). I get called to the back and the doctor comes in the room and rapid fire questions at me and then leaves the room. Long and short, I went in because I believed I had a UTI. The receptionist eventually comes in to say that they have 3 levels of care that they provide and shows me a price list which breaks down what is done for said price. The Dr recommends level 2 which $600. This includes blood work, EKG, labs, x-rays and some more stuff that I know is not necessary for what I went in for. X-rays and EKGs?!? Mind you, before she shows me this, she tells me that how they work which is as a self-pay patient, I will have to pay SOMETHING before they proceed or I can refuse and pay NOTHING. Now, to anyone reading this review, how does that register to you? So my response to her was that I could pay SOMETHING but not $600, are you saying that based on what I'm able to pay will determine what care I receive? She says no, you have to pay the entire $600 or we won't treat you. Ahhh, so basically I'm signing a document refusing treatment? She says yes, which is what I proceeded to do. She leaves the room and asks me not leave because I have other paperwork to sign. Guess that was the CYA paperwork in case I leave and fall out somewhere. I was just about to walk out anyway when the nurse asks me to stay a moment longer and she eventually comes in with "literature" about back pain, special instructions and EOB vs Bill. Unless you have insurance, I would not recommend.

The service is the best I’ve gotten so far from any Emergency Room I’ve been too, the nurses are extremely caring and they helped me find what was causing my pain immediately. I highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best service we have received. Dr.Chase and team have been phenomenal ever time we’ve been here and we’ve been here a few times. From Trina at the reception to Chris, Robyn and Jaqueline as the nurses and tech helping have been so kind and helpful. They have made my husband feel better and have shown compassion which I couldn’t be more thankful for.

I am here in visiting from out of town and an unfortunate incident took place. Dr Meeder and Kelsie made me feel so welcomed and was very patient with me. Kelsie was beyond amazing and she let me squeeze her hand like no other during my procedure and she was there for me. The facility is super clean and everyone was so nice. Dr Meeder is the best and he is very trusting! I would highly recommend! They took great care of me! Thank you guys so much!

I can not express enough how amazing the complete staff is. The warm welcome, the amazing way they all work together, more like a family unit. It made me so confident under their care. I walked out wishing they were a primary care office lol. I hope to not have to go again for any pain or injury lol but trust if I get hurt definitely where I'll end up. God bless you guys!!!
