Went to Ulta because they stock the brand Bed Head hair paste I couldn't find anywhere else. I was assisted by both Ismael and the Store Manager. Both have excellent customer skills and are courteous as well as knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location in Hurst!!!

I had great service today, can't say thats normal, but it was great having someone help. Ulta needs to know when I asked Google for the Ulta store it did not show the closest one to me in Hurst. That's coming up under benefits something

I've peeped in here a couple times and have no complaints! Christmas shopping a few months ago was kind of difficult because I didn't know the store layout too well and no one asked if I needed help, but I ended up buying online to pick up in store and loved that! The only disappointing part was that the website showed certain items in stock, then when I got my order, they ended up not being available so I wasn't able to get them in time for Christmas. That's not necessarily something that people in this store control, though, so I'll keep peeping back in when I need new products because I'd rather visit here than brave the mall parking for a Sephora.

Giving 2 stars because of how rude SOME of the employees are and how dirty this location is. There has been some employees that wont even greet you or ask if you need any help. When it gets busy they will be monotone with you and rush you out. And its really annoying to hear them gossip about each other and employees. The make up on test is old, dry, messed with beyond belief, or empty. How are we suppose to know what were buying if we cant even test it? If your lucky you'll get someone thats helpful.

When I first arrived here to exchange a foundation a lady started helping me with the name Kayla, she was so rude and acted like she was annoyed that I was returning it. A guy with the name esmel was super helpful and nice, helped us the whole time and recommended so many products. 10/10 customer service from him

They have good products but their customer service sucks. When you go to call them their holiday hours on their speaker machine are not the actual holiday hours and when I tried to talk to a girl she put me on hold and then just hung up on me I do not find these actions of this store professional.

No one greets you when you come in the door, they're too into themselves I've never felt so uncomfortable. I came in for mascara that I saw on "The Today Show".

Found exactly what I needed, I was asked if I needed help but declined because I like to look around. The cashier was very friendly and the price was reasonable. Love the mix of high end and drugstore.

Special Thanks to Jackie, Nef & Jake for their team effort of fixing the orange streaks I accidentally put into my blonde hair! Jackie, the salon manager, was super understanding and accommodating to help me get a quick appointment for color correction. I'm giving four stars only because I had to come twice for the results I was after. Jake was the one that really drove it home and got me back to the blonde that I truly wanted!! I would recommend Jake for color any day and will consider seeing him again when it's time for a touch-up in a few weeks.

I had my eyebrows waxed here this week and came out with one brow significantly higher than the other. My natural brow arch is higher on one eye so I always go to Ulta where they’re supposed to be trained. I made her very aware of the problem in advance and she said that she could see it and knew exactly what she needed to do. She must not have known because I now look like I’m permanently raising my right brow. I could have gone to any random nail salon for $10 and come out with this ridiculous look, but instead I paid $22 to look like this. Although the girl was very nice, I’m still extremely upset. I would have completely understood if she had just been up front by telling me that she wasn’t comfortable doing my brows. I could have then walked away with only overgrown brows and my $22. After years of going to this location, I won’t be back.

Tonight we went in to this location for 2 gifts. With the gifts there was a special promotional gift that was to come with what we bought. As usual, this location was already out of the promotional item. So they offered a replacement for one of the promotional items, but not the other. Signage was still up but they were not honoring even their replacement.

I have never shopped there and bought everything I west to purchase. They are always out of everything. Several times when they put their eyeshadow on sale they're always out of a color and don't have any on order. This happens every time they have a sale. I don't understand why a retail store as big as they are cannot keep a good stock of anything. This happens quite a bit no matter what you purchase
