Every time I have a package that is supposed to be delivered they always return it saying addressee unknown. I’ve only been living at the residence for over a year, and I have never received anything that’s shipped through usps.

It is unfortunate that they do not pay attention to the girl from the light post Amaya crashed into my car on February 6 and that is the date on which they do not resolve anything nor do they want to pass on their insurance to me and it was not my fault, I was parked in my apartments. a lot of irresponsibility on their part and they get upset every time I ask about my case and they don't give me any answer. It shouldn't be hard work to have my things and it's not fair that they have to go through everything because they are irresponsible. The driver is very irresponsible I hope in God through this they pay attention to my complaint because I call and they give me nothing and I go to the agency where Miss Tomson is the manager of this driver and they only tell me that they are going to call me and the days go by without no call I have proof of this fact

Almost 45 minutes, I stood at the side counter where I was told to wait for someone to answer a question. I had a major surgery week ago, I cannot drive yet, so I got a ride to the post office to ask for a missing package claim form since I was unable to submit on the USPS website, after multiple attempts.Three people behind the counter during that period of time were instantly defensive and dismissive the moment they heard a package was marked delivered but never made it to my door (I had video proof if ever needed). "Please wait to the side" ... "The supervisor is looking into it" .... "No, I won't check how much longer, she said she was looking into it ... SO SHE'S LOOKING INTO IT."I appreciate their efforts to look into it, but I never asked anyone to interrupt their busy day to research a missing package.Another customer saw me swaying, sweating, fighting to not pass out, and they requested that someone please come talk to me. When the manager finally came up front she started an exchange based on assumptions and hypotheticals ... which I did participate in, until sweating snd shaking, I finally asked again, "PLEASE, can I just get a claim form for a missing package? That's all I need." ~~~ The supervisor's response: "No, we don't have forms you can only do that online." Any one of them could have said that at any point since I walked in the door at 9 am.I imagine my experience today is based on other people coming in irate and combative with their accusations of missing packages. That's not me. The postal employees bust their backs working to serve others and **I appreciate that**. I am a Desert Storm Army Veteran, I understand "the suck" that being in a position of service can be.I don't appreciate the treatment I received today. I don't appreciate getting caught up in their manifested arguments, based on presumptions about me. I APOLOGIZE FOR MY PARTICIPATION.You all do better. I will do better. Be kind. Be patient. Be at least considerate when you see someone standing by patiently, as instructed, in spite of bruises, sutures, and a neck brace.

USPS really sucks. They constantly lose packages/don’t deliver on time and don’t bother to deliver your mail every day. Amazon transfers pkgs to them and they mysteriously disappear and never get delivered timely if at all!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !I had a passport appointment today when I got there the two white workers were instantly rude. One of them made a smart remark when he asked if my boyfriend was my husband and I said No “He stated your boyfriend with 3 kids!” Then after him I was passed to the second guy who helped me with the passport pictures. He complained about my 5 month year old daughter that why was her head lopsided. I told him well it’s a baby! He then said I had 3 kids and mines weren’t like that! How can this man be so rude towards a baby … worst experience ever !! This place needs to hire better people!

costumer services here is terrible i went this morning asking to help me. i was need returning some christian book he made me go buy it label on machine wich charger me $22.70 went iknow Media label will cost me only 5 book is shipper’s . this guys we beard messy looking super Rude Racist person and Black lady she another Racist toward hispanic. the best person on this place is chiness or asian guy he is one Best employee. those others will made this place going out bussiness.this is not first time he is always RUDE. Next you lost my bussines Now on i am going to UPS

Had to pick up package and it was opened!!! Didn't even attempt to re tape it! So much for privacy or decency. This is very upsetting and I'm going to do my best to not use this post office ever.

When I originally moved here I gave this place a one star review. But as time has progressed, this place has greatly improved. The customer service has gotten better, their employees are more friendly, and they are actually scanning and shipping my packages the same evening I dropped them off. One employee there even helped me, when no other post office would, recover the damages lost from a package that was scanned as "delivered" but was really returned to sender by my local Fort Worth mailman. For this reason I changed my review to five stars.
