“Fun store. I stepped in and wasn't sure what to think. The products are Japanese....and I cannot read Japanese. There are a lot of products with Tortoro, or a Tortoro look alike. A lot of products are manga or anime...and are very low cost. They have all kinds of products, from holiday decor, to kitchen accessories, to snacks, to earbuds, to hosiery. It's a lot of fun to look around: some things are made better than others. There was one employee at the checkout. She was ready the minute I was ready to check out.”

“A really great store! The people are always amazing, and they have some awesome stuff. It is a little annoying that they have such a small incense supply, and that is my main reason to go there, outside of gifts for people, but I mean it's not really even a huge market so I didn't really expect it to, other than that several other locations had a lot. It's still not something I would take stars off for.”

“Ducky's next door had closed down their bathrooms due to plumbing problems which have been resolved, but, when I popped my head in Ms. Fiona welcomed me in and allowed me to use the restroom without any hestitation. The restroom was very clean and when I left, Ms. Fiona welcomed me back any time and I plan to shop at her store because of her customer service the next time I'm in that area!!!”

“Snarky Manager here! I would just like to point out to Chrissy Jimi that we couldn’t use that coupon because they were not valid YET! To anyone complaining about the membership you’re all lying this location does not sign you up without your knowledge! You need to be adults and read the brochure you’re handed, and maybe pay attention when someone is talking to you! They all SAY FREE TO TRY and if you say they don’t you’re lying. Do NOT blame the employees for doing their job you need to be better customers and treat people with respect and don’t blame your lack of understanding and or reading skills on anyone but yourselves.”

“I noticed a lot of old reviews, I was there today. Since covid they have remodeled and the stock has gotten larger, very organized and easy to find. Brooklyn has been there since I been going there, and happens to work alone alot, right now it's hard to find help, she's still very nice, and pretty patient with those who come in there, but again she and other employees are alone a lot, meaning it's hard to get the freight up, or go help a person at that moment. I love going in there, no matter how long it's been, because I actually appreciate that manager and all she does”
