Travel to a "Verizon Company Store" when apparently all they can do is sell phones? Was unable to transfer a my son's line to his own account in store. Even the number they provided wasn't useful. Ended up calling Verizon's general service line from home.

While we were here and unsuccessful in getting the help that we needed, we even heard and saw other customers who were having ridiculous problems. The store *employees* called the customer service line multiple times and even they couldn't get help and answers. From their own company. We experienced similarly being told different things from customer service than in person, because their systems don't line up properly. What a disjointed frustrating system. Verizon as a company is 0/5 would never ever go back even for free.The employees themselves did the best they could and were patient. No shade to them at all. I bet it's frustrating to not be able to help the people you're trying to help. 5/5 people who deserve better.

Verizon has to be one of the worst phone and internet companies. I placed an internet modem order to pick up at this store and was told I would get a text and email when it was ready. I got nothing. The next day I get an email from this store saying the order was canceled because it was never picked up. I call the customer service number again because Verizon does not have individual store phone numbers, go through the order process again and immediately get an email that my order was canceled because I didn’t pick it up. The customer service people had no definitive answers, said they themselves could not contact an individual store and could not tell me that a store actually had product. What kind of service is that? It’s infuriating how bad customer service is everywhere, this won’t change for these kind of companies because everyone needs phone and internet now. They lost me as a customer because of this but who cares right *sigh*

To put it simply, the only time I ever bother to step foot in this store is when I need a good laugh. The discreditable customer service, the depths of representative ignorance, the deceptive business practices - all laughable. - 4 stars.

Every time I go into this location I feel as though they are simply saying whatever they can to extract the most money from me as humanly possible. Without going into too much detail, they have lied to me on two separate occasions, and when I pointed this out to them, my concerns were minimized, and no resolution was offered, they simply deflected blame and continued to upsell ad nauseum. I don’t like this company and will be switching to T-mobile. I will be paying slightly more at T-mobile but honestly price is the least of my concern. My trust has been broken with Verizon and I will discourage anyone I know from doing business with them.

I needed a new phone ASAP, and the people there was able to help me get settled. There was a bit of a wait time..I was originally a cricket owner, my phone would be frequently on and off on SOS only and no service. I was tired of it so I switched to Verizon. I got an upgrade from iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 pro max (deep purple) the guy I had was super helpful and quick with the setup and process. He printed out a paper and explained detail by detail of the breakdown of the price and deals.

Ive been a customer for over 20 years and this is the second time I've gotten terrible service at this location. I walked in everyone was playing on their phone, I told the sales rep my problem and she said call Asurion. After trying to explain to her that I needed help she then tries to talk me into buying more services. I went to Target and the Verizon person there was great won't to this location again. It's just a waste of time. Probably will be looking to change carriers after the end of this contract.

Do not purchase a phone or change your plan at this location. They have staff that have no idea what they're doing. They messed up my account so bad that the phone I am using everyday for years now is also in COLLECTIONS. And the higher ups in Verizon won't take care of it for me. They're not a business that you want any issues with because their wrong will not be righted.
