Went to get my tire rotation done this morning , I purchased the tires rotation and protection plan.. 1 car was in the bay, no other customers waiting in line or other cars in the bay.. Worker comes up to me and ask what I needed , I advised tire rotation , he tells me 3 hours , to get rid ov me.. I will not be back and will never buy tires from Walmart again. Poor Customer Service.

I got new tires. They were by far priced the best. I would recommend you call ahead and make sure they have your tire in stock, and the right number needed. Get an appointment so you don't have to wait. The Hurst Auto center turned out great. They had a problem with a lug nut. They informed me of the issue and gave me choices. In the end, they were able to take care of it without further problem. I'm grateful for the kind customer care.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do NOT take your vehicle here for tires or service. Spoke with Jose, Kyle, George, Mathew & received 4 totally different answers, and then still drove away without tires. Even scheduled an appointment for installation and after my wife shows up, they acted like they knew nothing about it. No tires in stock to fit my car after they had told me they had 11 of them. If it were possible to 0 stars, that would have happended.

Very very slow. Workers standing around talking and not working. All I needed was to get my brake light change. Was told it would take 2 hours and there were only 2 cars ahead of me?? I ended up leaving.

My recent visit to the Walmart auto center left me disappointed. I went in for a routine oil and filter change along with an AC gas charge, expecting it to take a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for three hours, which was far longer than I anticipated.While I understand that sometimes delays happen, this experience was unnecessarily lengthy. I noticed cars that arrived after mine were serviced and gone much quicker.I hope the Walmart auto center can work on improving their service efficiency and customer communication to avoid such lengthy wait times in the future. I've had better experiences elsewhere and would be cautious about recommending this particular location for quick auto services.

When I went there the agent try to just get rid of me and he told me waiting time is 2 and half hours.

What a great experience! This walmart auto location puts the one I had been using for the last 19 yrs to shame! Unlike nearby Bedford location (121/Glade), they actually answer their phone. And they staff with employees (Lorenzo, Ron, Shawn, Xavier) who know something about their products/services as well as customer service skills (unlike Bedford walmart). I had stopped using walmart for oil changes for the last time but wanted to try another location for battery replacement. Glad I did and happy to have found great staff at Hurst location.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Fraudulent don’t come get an oil change here. They purposely do everything in their power to give you bad service so they can just sit around all day and get paid. Walmart you need to get hard working people. They try to scam you as well on top of everything else.

Made an appointment through the app 1+ week in advanced to get 2 tires installed. Called to make sure they had my tires the day of my appointment. Confirmed they are at the auto center. Said most likely won't be able to install them that day, even though I had an appointment set. Then why do you offer appointments if you can't honor it? Then get a notification about 1 hr before my appointment that they cancelled my appointment. Going to have to pick up my tires and transport it to a different walmart center that I talked to that could take care of me, as that location honors their appointment schedule.

Went on a Thursday morning at 8:15 the technician in the oil change department was wandering around like a zombie I went inside to say I need to buy a battery also the young kid didn’t wanna carry it outside he wanted me to I told him he’ll have to get the guy to carry it I can’t then I find out he can’t change my oil cause there’s only one of them there I wasted over an hour there bad bad place finally talked to the manager which we had to wait another 15 minutes to get my money back for the battery where I’ll go and get everything done where I can get it in one place stay away
