They've got the parking lot all torn up so it's very difficult to park and go in. They are blocking handicap spaces with some of the equipment. They had some handicap cart charging and since I need one and I'm disabled I got one. It was at 100% charged. As I was leaving a man that works from Walmart rudely stopped me and said I wasn't supposed to be on that cart because it was brand new. I don't know what kind of reasoning that is because it was charged up and ready to use. Another lady used needed it and he wasn't going to let her have it. Up til now I would drive from Fort Worth to shop at this Walmart, but why should I if that's the treatment I'll get.

I appreciated the man who was pulling grocery orders who stopped to help me find what I was looking for. Walmart was the second place I tried. Thank you

The employees are super rude and talk to you like you’re bothering them. They also give you really mean stares…especially in electronics. You can tell the employees are unhappy and don’t want to help you. These are not elite employees ??♀️

Used to be my favorite Walmart for pick up. Have used it for years.Not sure if there is new people managing pick up- but they lost over $25 of my groceries. I asked them to bring out the list groceries to me and they refused. Said it would “count against the store losses”. Their suggestion- call 1-800 for a refund and order again!! As if I would trust them again. Guess it back to Target pick up only since the department has decided to be unethical.

Always double check at Walmart before you spend elsewhere. Some stuff are worth buying here. Order to pick up was smooth and fast!

This store especially customer service and manager Catherine has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 54 years of life. She is rude, nasty and does not need to be in a position where she deals with people. You are better off going to Target or a Kroger down the road and possibly pay more for your stuff, but it’s worth the far better customer service!!!

The best experience that I have had by far here. I was told I couldn’t read by a Walmart associate when the screen told me to “pick up the item and place it back down on the scale” at self check out. After I tried 3 times, this very wonderful Walmart associate (a white old lady with a blond bob) told me “reading isn’t just for school you know, you have to read outside of school too”. I was appalled. She told me “you’d be surprised how many people don’t read, they just wait for us to do the job for them”.

Don’t even waste your time or money. The electric dept will TOTALLY IGNORE YOU. Trying to get an employee to open a secured glass case, is a waste of time. Try to get their attention, they will walk away. Now going to a different store to spend money.
