Very bad management and the employees don't know their jobs. I bought the shoes from windsor hulen mall and the staffs didn't give me the shoe box and said since it didn't come with it. They just put them inside the paper bag. But when I returned them in this location since I was close by, they're asking about the shoe box. I explained them i got it without the box and had to go back to hulen again. What a waste time due to bad service.

I came in with simple, basic questions, and the employee helping me had attitude from the start. I am certain her name was Liv or something. Every time I asked for clarification, it felt like I was bothering her or asking for too much. The tone, body language and impatience was all unnecessary. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, but she made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I don’t understand how you can work in retail especially in a store like this and act that way. She is obviously not fit for this job and it is definitely not the level of customer service I expect, and it made me reconsider coming back.

I never have been to any store at northeast mall where there was very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went here Saturday and Sunday. Saturday took my daughter and her friend to look for dresses there was a woman who had a bad attitude and we literally watched her be rude to some young ladies that were looking for dresses. The lady in dress room with grey dress on was nice though. The Sunday me and my daughter went since she didn’t find one Saturday we got there maybe like 10 mins or 15 minutes before they closed. My daughter seen a dress she liked and the size she needed was on a mannequin doll we asked a worker that was putting dresses up if she can take it down for us instead of her responding in a nice way, she responded in a rude way and said no we’re about to close. I had never experienced customer service the way I did here. I do hope next time we go it is not like this. With this kind of customer service you will lose people coming to the store to shop.

I had a really unpleasant experience at Windsor that I feel needs to be addressed. The associate listed on my receipt as Jade was rude and completely lacking in basic customer service. Her demeanor was cold and unapproachable, which already made the shopping experience uncomfortable. On top of that, I asked another girl standing next to her if I could throw away a small piece of trash, and she told me no because it “wasn’t empty” even though it clearly was. The attitude from both of them was dismissive. There was zero effort to be helpful or kind. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t care whether customers felt welcome. This kind of treatment makes me not want to shop at Windsor again. Do better. Hope corporate knows this is how their employees treat paying customers.

If you're planning to shop at Windsor at North East Mall, be prepared for a frustrating experience with all floor staff. During my visit today, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive behavior from the associates. I inquired about a dress displayed on a mannequin, as the one my daughter had tried on was damaged/dirty. I was told, without even checking, that “all of them are damaged,” and the associate simply walked away.
To make matters worse, she began gossiping about my request with another employee, right in front of me, and laughed. When I calmly asked for her name to file a complaint, I was told, “I don’t need to share that with you,” before she walked off again.
As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and professionalism, and this experience was completely unacceptable. I left the store feeling disrespected and shocked by how casually poor their customer service was. I hope Windsor addresses this issue seriously and ensures better training and accountability for their staff.

Went in today to help my sister shop for her prom dress. Mind you, she’s a timid girl and needed help with a dress she couldn’t reach. I walked up and asked an employee with purple hair if she could help us with the dress. She flat out looked at me with an annoyed expression and walked away. Luckily a different employee was kind enough to help us and interacted with my little baby too. To the lady with the purple wig, why work here if you have no social skills? Or respect for that fact when someone politely asks for help. If you can’t even have the decency to address someone then clearly you shouldn’t be working in retail.

While visiting this location I noticed a fair skinned late with dreads was working extra hard! I admired her tenacity and with ethic! This lady definitely deserves a day off kudos to her!!

Their employees Chloe and Hayden were the kindest and amazing help! They helped me out every step of the way possible, to me trying to find the perfect dress with multiple dresses lined up ready for me to try on, to them even writing down on a sticky note other store i should look at. In the end i found the perfect one.. if it weren’t for them i wouldn’t be celebrating in the perfect dress i’ve been looking for. Thank you again Chloe and Hayden! :)

Today, Sunday 4/7/24 3:30 These young people are rude. Went into the store looking for Jean shorts. Saw the young girl with the puffy kinky ponytail, said, “excuse me”, she said one second. She was hanging up something. Then when she finished hanging up what she was working with, she preceded to do other things and not acknowledge us. We left out and went next door. Horrible service.
