Went to do laundry there,1 out of the 2 driers was out of service. The other drier wasn’t drying properly, there was another driver on it that has been drying for 2 hours because the drier isn’t wasn’t working properly. I asked a clerk if I can pay them and use the Loves drier,she said no because of policy. So I guess I was supposed to just walk out with a bag of wet clothes.

It asks at pump if you want receipt then acts like it's printing one but it doesn't appear because there's no paper. Then you have to wait 10 minutes in line in store just to get a gas receipt. Is it lazy workers or poor ownership?

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to make a complaint regarding an interaction with a manager named Justine at your location. While she approached me with concerns about my vehicle being parked briefly in front of my boyfriend as he pumped gas—solely so I could help load his items before he left—her focus seemed misplaced.
The condition of the store requires urgent attention. The bathrooms were extremely unclean, the soda machines were disgusting, there were bugs flying around the coffee area, the ice machine was out of order, and both the floors and counters were noticeably dirty. These issues pose health and sanitation concerns that should be prioritized over addressing a vehicle that was not obstructing any operations.
Additionally, Justine’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. She spoke to my boyfriend inappropriately, used profanity, and even shut off his pumps. This level of customer service does not reflect the standards I expect from Love’s and is not representative of a safe or respectful environment for customers.
If Justine is serving as a representative of your company, it raises serious concerns about management standards at this location. I intend to follow up with a call to corporate, as customers deserve better from the staff entrusted to operate your stores.
I hope Love’s will take appropriate action to address the cleanliness issues and the conduct of this manager.

Terrible, a very bad place, and the restrooms for the truck drivers have a terrible stench. It seems like the sewage pipes are broken and all the foul odor is coming out. What a terrible place for truck drivers.

Absolutely abhorrent. The security guard kept banging on windows and waking me up. I am perfectly legally parked and have purchased $50 of gas. Will never be coming back.

They don't have brewed coffee before 5 am? How in the Hell do you call yourself a truck stop? Not everyone likes the bean to cup crap . . . This Loves never fails to disappoint.

3 stars for convenience and gas prices but the staff here is forever changing and not that great on service. They CONSTANTLY direct you back n forth to registers and have no CS.
10/2025 UPDATE 6 1/2 yrs and never have I gotten home without what I paid for in my bag. I've got to go back to the store so I'm very unhappy after getting off work at 7am.

Every single time I come to this loves, the soda fountain is down. Im starting to wonder if its actually ever fixed between times I roll through here. The employees seem like they dont want to be here. Showers are hit and miss because people dont want to clean it so lines back up because they take forever. The outside trash cans are always full and overflowing. This loves has gone down hill over the past couple of years

LOVES!!! Why do you think its a good idea to have salesman right in the walkway where we all walk in to give us some sales pitch while we are there to use the facilities or get food and get back on the road to make our deliveries ?? This is unnecessary not well thought out. If we wanted to get a service we have this thing called the internet. And our phones blow up everyday with telemarketers, why do we want to see them in person when we avoid this crap on the phone. Do better. At least put them out of the way and not blocking the congested walkway
