worst experience ever .. yall need to fire All the staff .. They slow and act like they don’t want to be at work . We stood in line for 2 hrs just for them to say something I could’ve handled when I walked through the door , they need a new system for passports and CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING .. I’ll go 100 miles away before I come back here … the employees must be related to the manager because this is not the only bad review about the same people

We tried to make an appointment but the wait was atleast a month. So we went as a walkin. It was very hot in the waiting area and we had a 1mo baby. We needed passports for our 4 children. Thankfully 2 had just turned 18. When we got to the counter we were told we could only submit one child per family and we would have to get in the back of the line to submit the other child. This is after we showed up at 630am and waited until 11 am to be seen. It was ridiculous and made no sense. No logic to this silly rule. We got back in line. We had to wait until they got back from lunch and didnt get out of there until 1:30pm.

The staff was really nice! Jacoby helped my brother in law with his passport. The other lady was really friendly too. It was clean in there and the process was really fast.

When I go here the post office workers (women) always have an attitude, and rude. Not helpful at all. This needs to be addressed

This has to be the absolute definition of worst service I mean it can’t possibly take 40 minutes for one person their is no ac anywhere and is an absolute disaster in here highly recommend they fix this

Yeaa if you’re trying to get your passport don’t go here. They gave me so much trouble and said I couldn’t get it. Went to another one same day they accepted it .. idk what there deal is .

Excellent service! Took 15 mins for passport appointment. If u are going in for passport make sure you have an appointment…application filled out completely with copies of documents..and finally bring passport photos. Come in at your appointment time and don’t wait in line just talk to the employee and they will get u situated.

The older black lady with glasses and short hair is so incredibly rude. I’m not sure how they’ve allowed her to keep working there. She looks for the smallest details to make sure your passport application won’t be approved and is very rude about it. If you can, go somewhere else. Terrible customer service from her.
