My first time back at this salon since 2019 and it was just as nice as I remembered when it first opened in Hutto. Nice staff and the guy who handles the appointment, registers is amazing with great customer service skills. My tech who did my nails and feet was gentle and friendly with me because I let her know that my hands were sore because of my arthritis. She took very good care and precautions on my hands. Then she went to work on my feet and I had in grown toe nails that had been bothering me that the other salon didn’t do well . But Tina ( I left her a $10 cash tip) did an amazing job!! 5 stars and the place was clean and the offered refreshments to drink. I will be back and give them 5 stars!!

So disappointing, definitely not returning. Not only is cuticle/hangnail removal and lotion is extra $ too now, but also I was cut multiple times by Tina. So just a warning maybe others are better.

My schedule wasn't working with the hours and I haven't been able to get in(because of my work schedule) I have missed Kevin's work the last almost 8 weeks. But I finally made it in and Kevin didn't disappoint! Pink and gold are my winter set!!! Go set an appointment, you won't regret it!

I was really happy to get new sets of my nails, but just one day after my nails was started to coming up! I got a gel nails. This was never happened before. When I went back to get fixed, the owner was very rude ? ? I would not recommend this place. ?

Edit to clarify on the business's response: I'm not disputing that the POS system said the gift card had a zero balance. I'm stating that the balance was never added to the gift card at the time Tony rang up the transaction and sold the gift card. Essentially, you stole $52 from the person who purchased the gift card because she was given the card with a $0 balance at the time of purchase. The business failed to correctly sell a gift card but cannot seem to understand that it's possible they made a mistake.
The nails turned out beautiful but absolutely do not trust this business with the purchase of a gift card. I received one as a gift, with a receipt for the purchase, and was told when trying to redeem it that the gift card had already been redeemed, which I did not do. After an hour of waiting for them to research and come up with a resolution , sparing all the details here, they simply couldn’t admit that they may have actually made a mistake in how they rang up and sold the gift card. The entire time they could only conclude that the gift card was previously redeemed and the receipt I had was not for the sale of the gift card. Seems like Tony made a mistake with how he originally rang up and sold the gift card, all the while failing to actually activate the gift card. I would have considered going back for future service, despite my daughter’s finger being cut without any apology, had they handled the situation in a more professional manner rather than being so condescending.

Tony I'd TERRRRRRRRIBLE!!! My daughter went to get her nails done and the tech even told her at the end the he was sorry for how they look. My daughter who is 15 called me right away. I called Tony and he basically me she needs to speak up before she leaves. Making it her fault. I asked to speak to his parents who own the Salon and he told me no. So rude and demeaning to a 15 year old child like she was not good enough. Find anther establishment, like the one I told my daughter to go to next to Ricardos tacos, where they actually care about customers. Tony should be fired in my opinion.

I love this salon so much!!!! It’s very clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and attentive.
Stylist: Phil did my nails and I love them, he helped me choose between a few and made them look even better than the picture.

3sixty5 Nail Studio in Hutto offers a fantastic experience with its great ambiance and excellent service. The studio is clean, modern, and very relaxing. The staff are friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality nail care.

The pricing is not indicative of being in Hutto. $95 for my own nails with an overlay and a design at a place that doesn't even have champagne/brut/prosecco hell any form of bubbles is insane. I love my nail tech but just don't know if his work is even worth the price. The staff is super friendly but there isn't anything superb about the salon that warrants the pricing.

I was one of the first ones in the shop they opened on time and are very pleasant I enjoy coming to this nail salon they make me feel very comfortable

Great service. Attention to detail. Clean environment and all of the nail techs are friendly and attentive. My nails always look great and I leave the salon feeling relaxed, pampered and refreshed after a pedicure.

Very friendly staff and nice salon. Cost $80 with tip to get my 10 yr olds manicure. Quite honestly I’m not sure how that compares as I’m normally paying for one and not paying attention. However, they turned out nice.
