Credit Union? Not Today Sister! They had a golden opportunity to turn on the charm, be nice, be friendly, show me that, despite standing around doing absolutely nothing, they actually take joy in their work, and relish delivering excellent customer service... NOPE! Instead, the closest one began treating me like a *criminal* right off the bat, ordering me around like I was working the pole, like it had had a few too many, and it was the one holding all the singles. "Take off your hat! Take off your glasses! Take off your mask! Take off your pants!..." All I wanted was for them to exchange the $400 in 20s from the ATM for Four hundred dollar notes. Apparently, this is "against policy". WTF?? What kind of policy prohibits a bank teller from making change?! OK, fine--I asked "why?" Thinking they were either going to come to their senses, and realize that I was asking them to do nothing more than that which bank tellers have been doing since the inception of bank tellers...or I was going to get a good story about a whole new level of absolute abject idiocy in corporate America. Instead, now TWO people started raising their voices at me simultaneously. I stopped them three times and told them three times that I cannot understand two people shouting at me at the same time and to decide who wants to talk to me... ...at which point, a very large and angry man added his voice to the attacks, and moved aggressively toward me. I couldn't understand a thing that any one of the three were yelling at me at this point. And I was getting actually scared. I grabbed my money and ran!! This is classic BULLYING! I'm a small person. The three of these people outweigh me by close to SIX TIMES. Toward the end there, I actually feared for my life. Once I got away, it dawned on me that I had been in this place before, and been treated equally as bad! Stupid me!!! UFCU needs to get its ass to Hutto ASAP! The difference between these two credit unions is the difference between your sweet old Grandmother baking us cookies and milk (UFCU) vs. three Hells Angels cornering you in the prison shower!

The cashier was extremely helpful and patient with us. She gave us suggestions to help resolve my wife's issue. She did several transactions, i.e. transfers and wire transfers for larger sums. This was done at the Hutto location which is where we will be doing our A+FCU business in the future.

Dejanae was the best and most amazing representative I have ever had, her attitude, her composure, her smile lit up my whole attitude when I came in. She was very sweet and compassionate and very attentive to what I need. I had a very long transaction and she did everything perfect, she displayed a supervisor worthy attitude! Thank you A+ for hiring her !

Just switched banks to A+ really starting to regret it. Customer service was really poor. I set some of my accounts to autopay to A+ but it still went through to my old bank UFCU. Rather then him helping me. When the bank should have pulled my money he did nothing for me what so ever. I went UFCU to see if they can wave the overdraft fee from the bills that should have been taken out from A+. They had no problem doing so. No questions asked super helpful even opened the door for me. UFCU always has good customer service and always been super helpful. Only reason why I switched banks was because A+ has a better mobile app. I’m starting to regret switching just makes me nervous thinking if A+ will help me in the future with other problems I may have, but they really should work on there customer service skills.

I went inside to inquire about opening a new account. Unfortunately, I had to have an appointment scheduled for another day and is quoted to take 30-45 minutes. Meh.I asked a bunch of ?s there and then instead of day of appointment.. so as to reduce the quoted time down to a more practical, standard and convenient timeframe. The amount of time which passed was sufficient enough to establish a new account, in you ask me. However, this is based only on every other account with every other institution/industry ever opened.Aside from aforementioned happenstance, the greeting, the atmosphere, the Q&A sesh with ABM, the parking, the location and automatic entry doors were A+My engagement with Virginia was top notch and ultimately prompted the review?Perhaps, the speed and efficiency, along with a satisfactory inspection of lavatory on nexy visit, will furnish that 5th star?

Be careful if you need to deposit coins. They won't take them at the counter and force you to use the machine to count them, but the machine isn't accurrate. I knew exactly how much change I had, they made me unroll all the rolls of coins and send it through the machine and it turned up with the wrong amount. I was told "sorry, we have to go off of what the slip from the machine says". I had to basically refuse to agree with that before someone finally opened the machine up and found that the coins were in there but didn't get counted.

When I need to edit a review, I edit a review. A+ has completely stepped their game up and the customer service is off the charts. Had an issue with someone breaking into an online account and ordering all kinds of stuff. A+ reversed the charges and set up a new account within 24 hours. I will forever recommend A+ Federal Credit Union!

Have to agree with the other reviews! I spent 30 minutes waiting with just two cars in front of me. Hire more people and provide better customer service.

i have called multiple times to the branch and never have anyone pick up, i waited 40 minutes to have an urgent transaction cancelled and no one answered. every time i go to the atm, it’s closed or not working. lines are insane and every other branch is too far from me :(

This is absolutely the worst branch! With the pandemic, you would think people would be mindful of people’s time. There are only two outside lanes at this branch and then you have folks who are not considerate and want to conduct more than the allotted amount of transactions.

Everytime I come to this location it's always a long wait in the drive thru which makes zero sense because all the other branches move pretty well. Even today there was only two other vehicles in front of me and I was waiting over 20 mins and eventually I just reversed and left. And when are they gonna open the lobby again because I can go in the other lobbies but for some reason still can't go in this one. I just don't understand what takes them so long at the drive thru
