Our interaction with this company has been an absolute disaster from the outset. We signed our lease under the agreement that commencing a week early, made complimentary by The Manager, the manager, was feasible.However, on the scheduled Monday morning, chaos ensued. Despite our team being geared up to start unloading trucks at 9:15 am, The Manager was nowhere to be found. His repeated promises of arriving within ten minutes cascaded into multiple delays and broken assurances. It turned out he didn't possess the key, leaving us to wait for a locksmith for an additional 40 minutes.Upon voicing our frustration about all the events, The Manager claimed the lease began on December 1st and that this week was “complimentary” and that he was not technically late. This inconsistency was maddening, especially as we were ready to pay for the extra week without issue.Finally gaining access to the unit after a substantial delay, we unloaded out trucks and left the unit open for The Manager as we sill did not have keys. He assured us he would lock up and leave the key, our hopes were dashed when, much to our horror, we realized our property had been left unsecured, contrary to The Manager's promise of securing the premises..The sheer lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for our time and property exhibited by The Manager and the company is beyond comprehension. Their blatant disregard for basic security measures and their flippant attitude towards agreements reflect a severe lack of reliability and competence.

Can not express enough our gratitude to Collin and his team in Hutto. The ease of having access to a large trailer for free with the cost of our storage unit was a huge help in our last move. Even after hours Colin had gone above and beyond to answer his phone when we got stuck behind the gate. It’s good to know good safe, clean, and secure places like this still exists especially when you’re putting your trust of your personal belongings in strangers hands. We highly recommend Affordable Storage in Hutto, TX. Not just for how quick and easy the process was to rent out a storage unit, but also to safely and securely store our camper trailer as well. Keep up the good work!

This was our first time renting a storage unit and affordable storage unit was extremely clean. The two gentlemen that were very helpful and were guiding us on what we needed. We were happy that we have chosen this place and will recommend to anyone as one of the best unit in town. Thank you for everything!

Not only is this a nice facilty but We have experienced nothing but great customer service here ?Steven is the best, and is very understanding and is supportive and helpful. Colin has been very nice as well. We would 100% recommend this business to anyone and everyone we know!!!

Clean, friendly, and safe. I don’t want to leave my stuff at one of the regular storage. So we went here. They are very kind and helped us pick the right size instead of trying to sell the bigger size up. They offer a ton of amenities. Free trailer, ice, water fill up, dump station, covered storage, It’s new and never had a problem with rain or bugs getting into our stuff. Love the gate code system. Very secure and friendly staff.

The entire experience was easy from start to finish. We secured a storefront with them and had keys in our hand in 20 minutes. Collin was very upfront and transparent from requirements to pricing. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service! As a new RV owner, I’m still working on my backing in to parking spaces. Steven and Collin worked with me to find a spot I could pull thru until the space behind me got rented. Most recently, I had to return early from a camping trip for a family emergency. Since I didn’t have anyone to assist in parking, Steven gave me a temporary spot for the night so I could return the next day and park it in my own space. I can’t thank them enough for working with me.

Amazing storage facility, very clean, well kept, and secure. We rented a 35ft enclosed unit and it perfectly fit our needs. Colin was great to work with and was always easy to get a hold of and communicate with.

We absolutely loved our experience with Affordable Storage! Collin and Corbin were both amazing to work with. We had to quickly move from Utah and didn’t have anywhere to put our stuff and Collin had us a unit we needed within an hour of applying. They are very responsive and on the ball at all times. When we moved out, I forgot to let them know and the next day I received a call that while doing their rounds, they had noticed our lock was off our unit and that it was empty. How awesome to know that they are constantly making sure all personal belongings are kept safe. I would definitely use them again when I need storage space! Also, the smiley face logo is my favorite ?
