My sister moved from Michigan to Texas and storaged all her life's possessions at your facility. The one possession that meant the most was my deceased nephews belongings.it was taken aug 16th and you didn't bother to contact her. The police contacted her a month later when they found the empty trailer. Are you doing anything to help her get her sons stuff back?

I had a reservation for a spot. I called day of amd they decided to close early. Called next day he says they have no spots. I drive out here on a reservation thinking they honor there word. But no. Doors locked. Noone answered. Don't waste your time. There cheap prices are as good as there cheap customer service. Horrible!!
