ATM took my cash and then canceled the transaction. Had to file a claim.

This ATM is always down for some reason. Every week there seems to be a problem. Can’t accept cash deposits, or the interface isn’t working or it’s completely blacked out. This machine needs to be completely replaced. BOA needs to consider getting an actual branch or something better here with the amount to traffic this atm gets for its constant shut downs. Horrible experiences.
