The service was amazing! From the efficiency of the staff to the cleanliness of the vehicle, which was unexpected - I was extremely impressed!
I really want to thank Shane for his professionalism & kindness! I felt heard & knew my vehicle would be repaired without any issue because of this young man.
It is due to this experience that Caliber Collison will be the only repair company that I will ever go to or recommend using, moving forward.

Been in lots of body shops in my lifetime, met many people. Misti Is definitely the crown jewel in this business. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful... She did more for me in 10 minutes than any other place did for me in multiple visits.

My car was hit while parked on the street in a local neighborhood. The person's insurance, who hit me, covered the repair. They chose this body shop for the repairs. I am so glad they did! I worked with Shayne, who went over all the details with me, prior to repairs and when picking up my car. He also stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process with updates. An additional perk was that the rental car service provided by the insurance, picked me up at Caliber so I could get my rental car. And when I picked up my car, I was able to leave the rental car with them for pickup. The entire process was smooth. I really appreciated the quality work done by Caliber Collision. And I also appreciated Shayne staying on top of the work, even getting it completed several days before expected.

Misty at the front desk is so good at what she is doing and knowledgeable. Chris handled everything very promptly and was amazing. Everyone seems to be working so well with each other that you can tell it is a good work environment. Brian was also very pleasant and gave me a ride back home the first day. I have been to another caliber collision in the area and this one was is leagues above it. The work on the car was also excellent.

I want to thank Chris at Calibur Collison in HUTTO for making it such a great and smooth experience. I took my Cadillac to him and he made sure all my questions were answered before, during the process. I even had my rental dropped off and returned for me. Never luckily had to experience a car repair from a wreck.
Please thank the team for such great work! She is on the road again and still a beauty. :) <3
