As a single mom, budget is a big deal to me. Someone wrecked my car, and I didn’t have the budget to repair it, but also couldn’t open the hood to get an oil change. I was referred here and stopped by without an appointment. Aimee checked out the issue, and repaired it in just a few minutes and wouldn’t let me pay her! She also showed me what I might want to focus on for repairs once it’s in my budget. Absolutely amazing place!

I had a rubbery fastener under my car this morning that had detached and was dragging and making noise. I called several auto shops and was told they would have to order a rivet/pin part to put it back in place, which wouldn’t work for me as I needed to drive out of town later today. Then I called Carlot, they were willing to take a look immediately, and they had me back on the road in literally five minutes. And they refused to charge me anything! I’ll definitely return for any body issues.

Carlot Solutions/John has done 3 jobs for me on my rare exotic car. One was front end repair to the radiator support and the other two were paint accents on both bumpers. Each job turned out perfect and at a price that was reasonable (a rare thing these days). My wife and I have referred a few people to Carlot Solutions and they too were glad we did. Working with John is an absolute pleasure. Communication is excellent, availability is excellent, and wait time is reasonable. I will not bring my vehicles anywhere else if I can help it.Services: Painting

This place is amazing! I have been using Carlot Solutions for over 10 years now and they have never disappointed me. They have fixed multiple vehicles that have had either hail damage or other damaged and have always exceeded my expectations! Top notch quality along with Top notch service!
