ATM is never working and this branch doesn't follow normal Chase hours. Don't even bother stopping, just drive to Round Rock to save yourself time.

This is the most disappointing ATM on the whole USA. You never get here and find the ATM working. I went in there several times to let staff know about customer’s frustrations. For more than a year of experience of disaster, nothing is being done ☹️

Have you ever tried to call this branch and reach someone on the phone? I have and guess what? no answer. All I get is "Wow! Our bankers are busy helping other customers. Good-bye" and the phone disconnects. Have you ever been able to walk in and get help? Well, we have tried that too. Its impossible if you don't have a scheduled appointment. The customer service is non existent. They are closed on Saturdays and the ATM is usually empty or just not working. Everything about it sucks.

This Chase bank location has a criminal working as an employee. Someone on the inside tipped off someone else waiting in the parking lot to tail me after I made a large cash withdrawal. They broke into my vehicle and stole my money when I stopped to get gas at the station close to my house. Employees at this location need to have their phone correspondence reviewed for suspicious and illegal activity. Can no longer trust Chase and removed the remainder of my savings to a credit union the v very next day.

This review has been a long time coming. Like many others leaving reviews on this location, I share the same sentiment. The far right ATM machine almost never works. The screen is often unresponsive to touch or it just straight up won't accept cash deposits. The problem is this is often the only ATM that's open when the bank is closed. When my husband reported the malfunction of the ATM, it was treated with a very laissez-faire attitude and he was basically told well it sometimes works... I'm probably going to withdraw my money and bank elsewhere at this point. We shouldn't have to be driving all the way to Round Rock or Georgetown to have our money handled more effectively. If any of you have also had issues with this branch, please also apply some pressure to the staff inside the store and if they don't listen, note their names and report them to corporate.
