Yesterday, when trying to make purchase at lunch my debit card was declined as unauthorized. I went to a different restaurant, had them run it, same thing. I called Chase for help. I was transferred on the phone seven times for an hour before they could tell me what the problem was. My husband and I went to the local branch in Hutto. We took every form of identification possible. We waited one hour in the lobby for help because they only had two staff members available. Low and behold a profile on our account had a typo that was 12 years old. She confirmed all critical information, fixed the typo, but could not give me access to my account. I can not use my debit card, withdrawal money, and auto bill pay will not work until someone overseas in India pushes a button. Don't be fooled that your "local" branch can help you. They can'. I am stuck without money, without any help from Chase and will close my account as soon as possible. There was no warning, no email, phone call, message in the app, no attempt at all by the bank to verify the 12 year old typo. They just shut me out. Please do yourself and your family a favor. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE,!!!!!!! I have been a loyal customer for 17 years. That is done now.

This review has been a long time coming. Like many others leaving reviews on this location, I share the same sentiment. The far right ATM machine almost never works. The screen is often unresponsive to touch or it just straight up won't accept cash deposits. The problem is this is often the only ATM that's open when the bank is closed.When my husband reported the malfunction of the ATM, it was treated with a very laissez-faire attitude and he was basically told well it sometimes works...I'm probably going to withdraw my money and bank elsewhere at this point. We shouldn't have to be driving all the way to Round Rock or Georgetown to have our money handled more effectively. If any of you have also had issues with this branch, please also apply some pressure to the staff inside the store and if they don't listen, note their names and report them to corporate.

ATM never works! Even without lines, the drive-thru service is always slow. This location is a constant inconvenience!

ATM is always broken and the service you get when you go inside isn't much better. I have had to go to another branch to make a deposit or withdraw on numerous occasions because of this. Aside from that they're great!
