Love this place!!! Been coming here for over a year. Always great service and done in great timing. Just did a tire rotation for $41. Can’t beat that. Anytime I need something done for any of my vehicles, I come here. Grateful and thankful!!

I would like to express how deeply unsatisfied I am with the services I have received at my last couple of visits at this facility. On March 6th of this year I brought in one of my vehicles to have the valve cover gasket replaced due to it leaking oil all over my engine bay. I went to pick up my vehicle and upon returning to my work a few minutes away all of my warning dash lights came on. Check engine, VSC off, traction control, all of which were not on prior. Did they not do an inspection for this before they told me my vehicle was ready? I brought it back to them and they quoted me an additional $532 to replace the oxygen sensor on top of the $524 I had already paid for the valve cover gasket. Nothing was wrong with the oxygen sensor prior to me dropping off the vehicle for the first service. I declined the oxygen sensor replacement and when my boyfriend went to pick up the vehicle for me they stated they had replaced it free of charge and I was good to go. Seemed sketchy to me that they were trying to charge me 100s of dollars but then when I declined the services they fix it free of charge? Sounds like they damaged the oxygen sensor when they replaced the valve cover gasket and then tried to charge me for it. After the whole ordeal I had called back to ensure that they had changed the oil and oil filter when they replaced my valve cover gasket. I spoke to a woman (who I now know her name, Tricia) and she assured me when they do a valve cover gasket change they do an oil and oil filter change. I had intentionally called because I told her I knew the car was about to be due for a oil change so I wanted to see if that was still needing to be done or if that was taken care of. Then, this past Tuesday my oil light started coming on when I braked. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning for them to check out what was wrong. They then send me a quote for an oil change, we called and spoke with Tricia who was very argumentative and she stated they had not done an oil change and she did not see it anywhere on the ticket. I declined the oil change through them and I asked to speak to the manager, Michael, when I go to pick up my vehicle. I told him that back in March I called to ensure the oil change was taken care of and Tricia told me it was. He now tells me that they only do an oil top off when they change the valve cover gasket which is not what they told me 4 months ago. He gives me the run around and tells me that you burn through a 1/4 of your engine oil every thousand miles you drive (which isn’t true). Mind you I had only put 2 thousand miles on the vehicle since this past March, there’s no way it burned through that much oil in that little of mileage. Unless they didn’t even put any oil in my vehicle. Then he says that Toyota engines are known to burn through a lot of oil (also not true). My other vehicle is a 2021 5.0 Mustang. I know what type of engine goes through more oil and it is definitely not the engine that is in my 2010 Scion xb that they were servicing. Michael belittled me and gave me a whole run around after I told him I did not appreciate being lied to. I explained to him if they had told me back in March that they had not done an oil change I would have gladly paid for one. He continued to argue with me even while there were other employees and customers in the waiting room. Very unprofessional and dishonest, would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was outstanding from start to finish. The process to set up an appointment was smooth and efficient. Their online system was extremely user-friendly, and I received a quick response confirming my appointment.
One of the most helpful features was the availability of a shuttle to and from the location. It made the entire experience much more convenient and stress-free.
When I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and calm the environment was. Automotive repair shops can often feel overwhelming or high-pressure, but this experience was the complete opposite. I felt comfortable, reassured, and respected throughout the process.
The inspection process was also handled with professionalism and transparency. I received a detailed report electronically with a clear breakdown of the findings and an estimate that allowed me to review and make informed decisions. I appreciated being able to approve or decline services based on their level of importance without any pressure.
Overall, I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive and will very likely use their services again in the future. They made what is typically a stressful situation into a smooth and trustworthy experience.

Vicky was on point with the customer service! Definitely need more people like her at places like this!
The car shuttles come in clutch, you just drop your car off they take you where you need to be and will pick you up once they’re done with your car.
10/10 would highly recommend this establishment and this is coming from someone that absolutely strays away from car shops and tries to do their own car maintenance or repairs.
Great job Vicky, you’re killing out there!

I don't trust them one bit!
I’ve been to Christian Brothers Automotive multiple times over the years, both at the Hutto location and the one on Louis Henna. I originally chose them because they work with CarShield, my warranty provider, which made things easier in theory.
One experience that really stood out was when they told me I needed a full replacement on a part, but after CarShield sent their own inspector, it turned out the replacement wasn’t necessary. To this day, that part is still functioning just fine—almost two years later. It made me question how accurate or fair their assessments really are.
More recently, I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic because I was having issues that I specifically asked them to look into. One issue was with my starter, which I clearly mentioned. Despite that, they kept trying to tie the problem back to the battery—even though I had just replaced the battery a couple of months prior and told them so. I ended up replacing the battery again, just to be sure, but the issue still wasn't resolved, which confirmed that the battery wasn’t the problem. I had asked them to check the systems related to the starter, but that never happened.
On top of that, they quoted me nearly $800 for brake work. I ended up getting the same service done at another shop for around $200.
In the end, I just don’t feel confident trusting their recommendations anymore. It often felt like I was being upsold or nudged toward unnecessary services. I kept going back mostly because they were one of the few shops that worked with my warranty provider. But at this point, the lack of transparency and the pattern of overcharging just made me feel like I needed to speak up.

Worst experience ever!!!
Took my truck in for an alignment, and it came out worse!!
The manager just reimburse my money so you would have to fix the problem.
So now I’m stuck with a vehicle that still needs alignment because of their Lack of experience. I highly recommend not going to this place for any kind of work.

I just got my car worked on today. I was able to drop it off the night before and set up an appt for first thing in the morning to fix my car. They not only fixed the main issue but fixed an issue that would have cost me more in repairs in the foreseeable future and provided photos.
When the car was done I was able to get a ride and the lady who came to pick me up was so helpful with my 2 year old while I was installing the car seat in the car. I highly recommend them if you need auto repairs!

I had them inspect my car and do a car alignment. Got my car in and out without any hassle. The pricing was not too expensive, which was something I appreciated. Their customer service is great as well. I would definitely recommend this place to new customers. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Every time I come back to this shop, I still receive excellent customer service. I brought in my car today for maintenance check. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. What makes them stand out is their professionalism and customer service. They have integrity and live out their ethics through how they treat their customers. I love this place!
