I love circle k all of them. They have wonderful people working for them and they give you specials all the time. And I got $0.25 off a gallon of gas for a full tank for my first five fill-ups. Because I joined there circle k friends and family app. I shop

The employees are extremely rude. Talking on their phones and to each other without acknowledging any customers. Gas pumps are always out on certain pumps and the other active pumps usually refer you to see cashier. Whoever is the Gm is doing an awful job

Scam prices! Tag says 1 thing BUT cashier raises prices?!
Just found out this place scams prices! Not sure if it’s just her or all the staff!
The price tag says one thing, yet it rings up as another… the coke tag said $2.79 for a “coke classic” (but rung up as $2.99) but when I told the cashier lady the price difference, she tried to tell me that was only for if i bought 3… but then when i showed a picture - she went & changed out that tag - then cane back & said that it was for a “coke zero”! Still had to pay the $2.99 cause I couldn’t figure out how to move onward with that one…
Also bought the cough drops… tag said $3.69! Rung up as $3.99 … may not seem like a lot, but it adds up! She did actually change it on the machine, but replied with a very sarcastic & clipped “Thank You, have a great day”…
She seemed very upset I had her do that price fix. She (didn’t look at her name tag) looked like she was about to explode, so I vacated quickly & didn’t go back to see what she did with the coke tags…
Mom got jipped with the same type of thing for the gas prices too… be aware & warned!

I wouldn't buy water from this place. They store their water under the hot sun.

When I'm walking into this store almost daily and employees are visibly upset and or crying due to this manager named Ivan treating them so poorly something needs to change! This is ridiculous! Get of your power trip and treat them like people! They don't work for you! They work for circle k! You can and should be replaced! Looks like circle k is going to be loosing all of their employees at this store again soon! Looking forward to the store being closed at all hours just like it was when this happened last time! Seriously where are y'all finding these people?! Do better circle k! These people deserve better!

Honestly this is the only convenient store, kinda close to my house and I come all the time but recently every single time I come there’s a sign on the door that says “ Be right back” And there’s always people waiting outside and it’s just irritating because it kinda takes the convenience out of convenience store… I always end up waiting like 10 minutes and still leave because no one has come out or open the door for service. It seems like your workers are getting paid to not work.

Came into store on 10/14 in the night time. Since I wasn’t greeted upon entering the line, I just used the self checkout. I scanned my gas card and then did my card, in which it said both options were accepted. I then got my receipt, but didn’t see anything about a gas card, so I asked the cashier “Solitaire” and he said “WHAT.” So I asked him AGAIN, and he said “I don’t get what you’re trying to ask.” So I repeated the same question for a THIRD time and got met with some major attitude. I was told “you need to come to me next time and ask me, not go to self checkout. It doesn’t work there”. So I asked him “how was I supposed to know that I HAD to come to you” and he goes “well now you know for next time you have to ask me” so I just walked out to avoid any further conflict.
Next day, I was met with sarcasm and was told “OH YOURE NOT GETTING GAS THIS TIME ARE YOU?!” And I said “no.” Then he just said “ha. Okay good night.”
It’s pretty simple to train your cashiers to have hospitality and not just lean on the counter and literally ignore your customers.
