So far I've had better experiences. Nothing to do with the customer service aspect, as they have been extremely polite and attentive to my issues.The problem however stems from the fact that they never fixed the problem. While creating a new one. They didn't forget to charge me, just forgot to fix the problem.The service director is going to be working to resolve these issues, as well as the new problems that the fixed part created...I will update based on how they decide to move forward with this...

They always treat my mom real nice. I would recommend the following:- free beverages (Coffee, Sodas, Waters) A case of waters cost $4 and a 12 pack of sodas cost $6. Not everyday, maybe just Saturday or something.- if car is being serviced, take a little bit more time to wash the outside, a little bit goes a long way.

Stay away from Covert !!!! My 2021 LT Trail Boss is in the shop for the second time for faulty lifters , lifters were put in, dealer now says it is ticking, says it needs a $900 engine flush with only 42 k on it, which they say Im liable for !!!!

I had an appointment at 3 pm. After making it to the right area to check in. I had to stand in a line that was 3 people long, but the line somehow magically couldn’t move because they didn’t have enough people to service everyone apparently, one of the guys decided to just sit at his desk with his head down instead of helping check in people while the other 2 guys were busy. Super unprofessional group of people. It’s not like I’m here to get an oil change I’m here to drop off my truck for a power steering failure issue you know the one that makes your car underivable. If only I could have went to another Chevrolet dealer I would have.

I had to go in for a recall repair. I called and made an appointment, as it was required to ensure parts were available. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that my turn around time was faster than promised. The young woman who waited on me in service was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.I have had a long relationship with the Covert family of dealerships, particularly the North Austin and Hutto locations.

Went to get a car after work, but the sales people didn't seem to take me seriously or even bother trying to even work with me. My son was on speaker phone and couldn't believe what was happening.Went to Auto Nation and brought a car in the first 30 minutes of test driver.So the sales man at covert Chevrolet who said that's Impossible, I say, only there!

Stop today to buy a new f250 today and they make you pay over 2500 for other in store services and ceramic coats even if you don’t want to and I say no. so bc I didn’t pay for that I couldn’t purchase a truck. what a thief

Unfortunately even the though the staff is nice and trys to work with you, they service department is very slow, and have a hard time with communication. Had to wait 3 days to find out a pet never came in. Not Happy

Hutto Chevrolet were able to get in a new car. Very friendly staff and the process didn't take long. Alex our salesperson went above to make sure all our questions be were answered and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at
