I had made a mistake on the website, completely my fault. Kathy reached out to me to help automatically and went above and beyond to help me for a mistake I made. Amazing customer service! That’s rare these days! 100% would recommend using this storage facility.

Life Storage made the process quick and easy. I was able to find a great rate. They also had a very clean facility and I loved that they had carts for moving items in. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a unit.

Items were stored for almost three years. Everything was in good condition. Unit was large and easily accessible. People were friendly and easy to access and easy to pay monthly fee with auto pay.

Driving up to the property I was very impressed. It looked clean, well managed and fairly new. Life Storage unit was clean with a zip tie locking it. There was a welcome bag inside. Visiting with Kathy, the manager, was a pleasure as she was friendly but professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Great. Two movers worked fast and carefully. This was a small move with a challenge, fitting everything into a 10x10 storage unit. I didn't think it possible but these guys were great.

Ms. Kathy helped me transfer the storage space I initially reserved to a bigger one. She is very professional and took her time explaining any questions/concerns that I had. Ms. Kathy’s professionalism and dedication to customer service helped me during a stressful relocation. Highly recommend! The facility and units were very clean and I feel comfortable knowing my stored items will be safe and secure.
