Had a key from one of yalls locks break off in the lock. Was told to fill out the forms and they could cut it off for me. Almost a week later I called to see if the had cut it they told me the general manager told them I had to be there...which is fine but either the general manager needs to call me or one of the employees needs to ...this was an inconvenience for me because I need to make time out of my busy schedule to come out. I pay good money for this storage that goes up every year for this type of service. Just do better for your customers...
