This place is small enough that you don’t get lost and the buildings are well labeled inside and out. The best part was the office person-her name is Crystal. She was very pleasant and greeted everyone that came in the door. She also let us and others know that she will be with us in a minute. (We came in while she was on the phone). She continued to make eye contact with us, letting us know that we were still important to her. I was there to switch owners of my storage unit. She was very open about that she was not sure which form to use so she contacted her supervisor and made sure that she was using the correct form. I appreciate her being open about that-we are all new on a job at some point. She kept her cool and had a soft soothing tone to her voice. The process was a little lengthy and another person had come in during that time. She was very attentive to that person without taking away from us. When we were done, she walked us out and went out to find that person who was sitting in there car. She was so nice, calm, and very personable in what could be a hectic environment. Before we went to the office, I did see her riding around in a golf cart checking the property. She appears to stay busy and on top of things. She did a great job and hopes she gets recognized for her hard work, but more for her customer service.
