The signing up process was easy and the staff was friendly and engaging. The reason for the low review is the holes in the sides of the rental unit. one hole is large enough for rodents and snakes to get into.

This place is not a safe space to store your personal items. We had our trailer stored here and it was broken into and all of my husbands nice tools were stolen (~15-20,000$ worth) and his brothers 1500$ mountain bike.

This place is a joke, the security is practically nonexistent. My trailer was broken into twice. The owners could care less. No security lights were added. No offer of hey you can move to a brighter spot. Don't leave your belongings here unless you don't mind them being stolen. If I could give them 0 stars I would have.

Staff were friendly & helpful. Unit we rented is just the right size. Facility is clean & appears to have good security. Very convenient to our house. All the storage places I called were expensive (IMO) so this place was in line price wise & had a 6 mo. Discounted rate. Would recommend.
