By far the worst pharmacy out there!!! Terrible service and they take their time getting anything done! Save you and your families time and money for the walgreeens or H-E-B pharmacy down the street this place is awful!!!

I have always gotten fantastic service here. Granted I usually am only in here for pharmacy but I've never had issues when I've gone inside and purchased things here either. The pharmacy has always been more than accommodating and it's never taken me more than one call to get any insurance issues sorted. I will always recommend and use this CVS for my meds.

Great service. I asked for a question the cashier immediately assisted taking me to the pharmacy consultant and cleared my questions. The cashier is very nice person to help.

Brought in a script to be filled at 11 am. meds i needed because i am sick as heck and when i called to figure out what i was supposed to do since they were closing soon they told me to transfer it to another cvs. the other cvs couldn't transfer it due to the fact this cvs had it in " process " so now i have to wait until tommorow for my meds that i direly need now.

I had questions for the pharmacist and he made himself available to me quickly. He is very resourceful and answered my questions. Overall it was a really good experience!

Staff rolls eyes at us upon any request or question. They are frequently out of stock of common items even the ones that have planned refills. Last time they "locked" my spouse's prescription: they started filling it up and realized they didn't have enough tablets available, then they said we should look for another pharmacy but they marked his prescription as fulfilled so we couldn't have it refilled somewhere else. Absolutely unnaceptable.

So many bad reviews but all I do is go here for the pharmacy and they are always polite and nice. The actual Pharmacist is the nicest man I have ever met! (wears the white coat) he helps the Techs when the line is long and always smiles. The Techs are doing the best they can this CVS is very busy and you can tell the high volume of prescriptions they have because they don’t have enough storage space for it all. They fill my prescriptions extremely fast and I love them ❤️❤️

CVS Corporate,I stop by this CVS location 3-4 times a week every morning M-F around 7:30-ish, to grab snacks and drink on my drive into Austin. Over the past few weeks, EVERY morning, there is this lady that I learned is the manager at volume level 9.5 at the front counter subjecting another employee to non-stop pontificating about, How awful Hutto is becoming since all those California people keep moving in, the “types” of people all those new apartments will bring in, rants about her extreme political beliefs or a dozen other inappropriate things that have no business in business.It might not be so bad if it weren't at an ear-splitting screech at high volume. When a customer approaches the register for checkout, the rants do not stop. She continues by inserting a "thank you" mid-sentence of her story and continuing without missing a beat as the customer walks away. The dialogue is non-stop. I swear it is almost like an SNL skit.What should concern CVS Corporate is the following.A couple of days ago, her morning rant was about a minor child, a 12-year-old with her mother, that was accused of shoplifting by an employee, seriously placing CVS in legal jeopardy.At her usual high volume, the manager told the same employee how she calmed the girl's mother down via phone after another employee grabbed the child by the arm and confronted the child without speaking to the adult with the child. The manager went on broadcasting, "I told the mom the employee was seriously out of line and very wrong to assault the child like that, and normally I would fire that employee but decided not to at this time."That wasn't the best part; she went on to identify the mom and child as locals by name when the employee asked who it was!So let's recap, we have a person as a CVS Manager that speaks for CVS as a company, openly admitting that a CVS employee wrongfully assaulted a minor child on the premises of CVS without any probable cause as the child was not attempting to leave the store, had not had a chance to yet pay for or explain the situation, was posing no physical danger to the employee or anyone else but physically assaulted by an employee. This happened before any inquiry about the alleged theft of talking with the adult who was with the child at the time.I do not know anyone in Hutto, and my CVS Extra Card will confirm that I am indeed a daily customer. I also am one of those California people CVS despises as customers. I also have a professional understanding of the legalities of assaulting minors.Finally, CVS Corporate, for the love of God, can you adjust the volume level of this manager?

CVS pharmacy manager is super rude he did not respect to guest .I was going with my son vaccine appointment I fill out wrong with phone number last digits number he yell it to me and made me so dispointed his action .
