Brought a package (all taped up) with a return label (not taped to package). I asked the associate for some tape to affix the label to the package. She stated that tape is not available at this particular site. I pointed out the tape on the counter and she stated she could sell me tape, but it was the policy of that site to not provide tape to customers.1 star review is for the site's policy, not for the associate, she was fine.

Refused to take my package because no space when there's plenty right behind the clerk, then said my package weighted more than 50lbs. I asked for a scale because no way it's that heavy, but there's no scale!Another trash FedEx drop off site!

They refuse to tape anything on your package because the manager Monica refuses the employees to do this. Employees were complaining about how they have to deal with disgruntled customers daily due to this.

Go to the UPS store on Front St instead. I had a ridiculous experience here that took $12 and 20 minutes. Went to UPS store and the same task was $2 and was done in a minute, with competence.

What's the point of wearing mask and standing 6 feet apart if the employees are walking around the store without masks. Defeats the whole point. If you want COVID 19 there's an employee that is being exposed to 100s of customers without protection. Is FedEx too poor to afford some masks for their employees.

If I could leave a zero star I would.. Zero care, zero responsibility, blaming each other for company policies and mistakes.. They missed the promised call, they missed the promised pick up, and I'm sure they are going to screw up tomorrow again. "Fed" up!
