They do not fix the issue and just return to car to me. They didn’t tell me the they didn’t fix the issue. Bad customer service and have an attitude towards to customer. The manager (Robert) arguing with customer tons of excuses. I'll recommend CR brother automotive which is located at same block.

The store manager at this location, Robert, was extremely personable, insightful, and all around an amazing guy. Highly recommend you come here for any tire/many repair needs, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks, Robert!

They refused to inspect my vehicle at 3:45 when the shop closes at 5. They said because of the weather. What weather? Overcast skies apparently make their equipment not work. Either that or they are just lazy.

First time a shop tires to charge me 70 dollars to replace 2 small light bulbs for my car to pass inspection. After waiting for over an hour of wait time stay away from this place

Luke was amazing. He answered all my questions and also Alexander was amazing too. These two men really helped me out with my car. Thank you to all the guys at Firestone keep up the great work

I wanted to get my car serviced here but the guy who answers the phone really has a bad attitude. I usually ask questions to get as much info as possible before I show up but he didn't want to answer anything. He just saying "come in" over and over. No thanks, I don't think I will now.

Made an appointment. Lifetime alignment. It happened on time. Work was done quickly. Military discount was applied. Staff was professional. Obviously a well run operation. I will definitely be back.

Don’t bother going here. Staff stands around chatting while your car is in the bay or on the lift with no one directing them. Can’t keep a time agreement bc no direction. Manager talks a big game but team is obviously mis-managed. I had the same issue back in 2021. I am done with them and will find another average place to spend my money.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE, they will
OVERCHARGE you on the price. Quoted for a brake replacement was $1,115.00 front and rear. Found another place that will charge less than half the price and also no long waits! They will also charge you a ridiculous amount for labor as well!

My company has been partnered with the Firestone Hutto location to service our fleet vehicles for almost 2 years. The store manager Robert and his entire team go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and attention and are always accommodating to our needs. Their work is consistent and dependable. We are more than satisfied and appreciative of our partnership with this shop.

Took a tire here with a small screw inside that should have been easily repairable , tire still had 13/32nds tread and was fairly new. I dropped it off and a few hours later when I go to pick up they tell me an inexperienced technician has ground down inside my tire to far and ruined the tire. They tell me they cannot order the tire I had on the truck Wildpeak At3w c class and can only provide the next generation of tire, which was the at4w after a week of waiting an at4 arrives and is a complete didn’t load class an E rated tire not c. I made Luke the service manager aware of this issue as well as Robert the store manager and contacted corporate 800 number to file a complaint, I was also told each time I called I would receive a call back which never happened. Robert was unwilling to help resolve this issue and I had already been without my truck coming up on a week. I ended up having to take the tire that would not work with my set up at all and purchase a second one so I could have 2 of the same tire on one axle. Very inexperienced workers and management, unless you want to buy 2-4 tires for no reason I would avoid this place. I will make sure no one I know ever returns here.

The worst service. Was told two hours for a twenty minute state inspection. After four hours, no one answers the phone, no updates and have to go back up to the store - literally every employee is inside hanging out (but can’t answer the phone???). Will never bring my vehicle to another Firestone, they hire the laziest and most incompetent employees who can’t find work at real mechanic garage.

I would not recommend Firestone. The staff were nice the whole time, but that was all the good news I can say.
I dropped my care off at my scheduled time (7am) for an alignment, they told me they would be calling me at lunch, never did. I called them at 3 and they (the firestone rep) had to talk to the manager to tell me my car is on the rack, they would be calling me "very shortly". Never did, I called them at 6:30 and one, they lost my packet and keys. The tech kept putting the phone down and checking out other people. So I drove up to talk to them in person, he then found the keys and packet on the managers desk, but didn't know if it was ready or something else was wrong, so I left the car overnight.
Next morning (7:30am), I called the manager, who told me he was off the last two days, and he was going to figure out what was going on and call me back, never did. I called back hours later (12:30pm) and he told me "Oh its ready, I don't know what the problem was". Glad at least the phones work for incoming calls, cause they evidently down work for outgoing calls.
To end my experience, they had to look for my keys when I went to pick up my car again.
Talking with a co-worker, his experience at a different Firestone was about the same. If you do leave your car, don't expect any phone calls, you will have to call them to check status and for when its done.
