Rude staff ignoring customers. It wasn't even busy only one customer and the staff could be heard laughing in the back. I had a family member who was waiting and was told they would be served as soon as the current customer was finished. As soon as that customer was done my family was left ignored as the on floor staff also went to the back and could still be heard laughing. Eventually just had to leave do too no service despite being the only customer.

I've been coming to this Great Clips location for years, and Zae consistently delivers a great haircut. As a veteran, I prefer to keep it simple with a low fade and a bit off the top, but it still takes skill to get it just right. Zae really knows how to give a clean, precise cut every time. If you're looking for someone who understands how to give a sharp look without rushing it, I definitely recommend asking for him

If I could give 0 Stars. One of the worst experiences. Just had a haircut for my kids. This stylist was super rude. I don’t know her name but she is wearing a face mask. I would never come to this location again. And will advise my family and friends to same!

I think wherever you go for your hair on chains for haircuts will always be dependent on who you get, day of the week and time. I came on a Fri, right at opening. There was one stylist at that time, the other just stepped out. One other customer came in. I came with damp hair from washing before I came and asked for trim on length and on the face frame. I let her know I cut my hair prior so goal was to even out the mess. She did great. I didn't ask for anything intricate or styled. I wanted quick, in and out, and that's what I got. I will return and would recommend.

It wasn't the haircut I asked for. It backtracked me months of progress on the hairstyle that I wanted. Now I gotta style it with gel to make it look decent.
I guess it's true, you get what you pay for.
