This Awesome Store ....I shop here frequently and I see the same Love they showed me last night in the cold and rainy weather I see it displayed with everyone that comes to this store not only are they always have things that we need to survive and and nurtures our FAMILYS ,but they care about OUR WELL being &OUR safety and that ultimately the best feeling in the world to make sure that someone you don't know is SAFE I really appreciate that!!

I use to love using this location for my family’s prescriptions but these past two days has been the WORSE experience ever. For the past two days my son has went without his asthma medication due to the employees giving me false information about the medication being in stock. On Monday I called and was told that the two prescriptions I needed to be filled for him would be ready by 5 o’ clock, time comes my parent’s were there getting their medication so they grabbed my son’s as well. When I got home from work he received two inhalers when I only asked for one & his singular pills for night time. No one from the pharmacy called to let me know that they couldn’t refill that prescription at the time but when they get it that it would be refilled. Here we are Tuesday, I called asking again to check on his refill for the singular prescription the lady informed me that they were out and waiting for it to arrive tomorrow morning. I asked was there anything that he could get for now until he’s able to get his full prescription filled. She said yes we can get him a three day refill for now, I told her ok that’ll work when would it be ready? She said it can ready as soon as possible or within an hour. I said an hour would work, she says ok we’ll get that going for you. An hour goes by no phone call, two hours go by no phone call. I started calling back to back for at least 20 minutes NO ANSWER. I’m at work in Manor, Tx can’t leave until 7, so by the time I get off I knew I wouldn’t make it in time to go to the store in person to see what was going on. So here we are two days in a row no singular medication & my son having to do another breathing treatment before going to bed all because of the staff not communicating with patients.

If you like a pharmacy that will keep you on hold for 30mins refuse to sell you syringes for your injectable medications or for over the counter injectable medications and for a pharmacy tech to pull both your meds to there store and then sit on them for 3 days without filling them so in Hutto heb pharmacy’s eyes use dirty needles and your time is worth nothing I highly discourage anyone that has injectable medications to use a different pharmacy

Went to pick up a prescription for my mother and it was not ready, i was told it would be ready tomorrow morning, no problem, i asked if i could have a single dose for her to take because she was completely out which they’ve had no problem doing in the past. The lady told me to sit in one of the chair cause it would take about 15 minutes, after waiting 45 minutes my mother called and told me to leave and that she would just go without it for a night. So i left. Kind of disappointing to have such a difficult and unpleasant experience.

Pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful but they need to hire more people. Every time I go to pick up a prescription, there's only 1 person working the register and a line 10 people deep. Doesn't matter the day or time, it takes a long time to get my meds.

Totally pleasant experience despite the scary line.Had a prescription called in from St Davids. First time to HEB pharmacy.Scary line moved quickly and counter staff found the script in the computer before I could call it up from the text. It was ready, in the bag, just 90 minutes from the call.They contacted the insurance in minutes, found a reduced price alternative and moved me over to the pharmacist in a few more minutes.Definitely not the last visit.

I had a couple of bad experience with the pharmacist answering the phone this week.The first time I did not get the name of the person on Monday. She was rude and sounded unwilling to help. The second person I talked to today, John sounded unfriendly when answering the phone. I asked John about a prescription I wanted transferred. Since the new pharmacy wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone there. John was quick to answer rudely they are busy answering COVID vaccine questions. So it’s hard to get to all calls. I said I understood. John quickly said what’s the last name. The over all experience was just unfriendly. I understand it gets busy and there are rough days. There is absolutely no reason to be unfriendly to people or customers.

Gunner helped me get my prescription same day. There was some confusion on the instructions and he called my doctor's office 3 times to get it straightened out. Very thankful as I was out of my prescription at the time.

HEB plus located on Gatti's school road in the Hutto area is an amazing huge grocery store with a huge variety of meat and poultry and cheeses and breads that are fully grown and prepared by HEB!!! HEB has a huge selection of choice wines and alcoholic beverages along with their sodas and tea favorites that only HEB can provide for their customers within the Austin metropolitan and surrounding communities!!! HEB stores throughout the Hutto and surrounding communities have provided for their customers absolutely friendly and helpful customers care and assistance within the Hutto communities!!! My review is for the floral department. A month ago I went in to make my mom a special bouquet myself and all I asked for was to be sold some of the brown paper they use to wrap their own bouquets. Not only did I have to wait a while for the girl to get off her phone to attend me, she also wouldn't sell me the paper. I don't know if it's company policy to not sell it but to just flat out say no is pretty irritating. I didn't ask for it to be free. Bottom line the girl, which turns out to be the new manager apparently, was rude for no reason. I love this H‑E‑B overall, everyone is so sweet & welcoming so I would recommend them looking into more helpful managers in the future because this girl is not it.Picture of my bouquet because even without the paper I love how it came together

When I drove up, the two girls were talking to each other. I thought they may not have seen me. One came on and said , very rudely, that we're they'd be with me in a minute. She then served 2 other people before before me. If I can find another pharmacy that does compound medication, I'll not be back

CHECK YOUR CURBSIDE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!My daughter went to pick up my curbside I'm pissed they forgot 6 gallons of water, 2 pack of paper plates, 2 packs of hot dog buns, box of chips, 24 pack of water and 30 count juice box. I called the manager claimed someone would deliver or she would call back. Do you think she called back??? Nope so I called and spoke to another manager. End result I have to make the drive back to the store when it was their fault.

Very mad!! I buy a gift card from that store. I thought that I could use it to order something and there's no money on that damn gift card! That's twice that HEB has done this to me. I'll never buy a gift card from here again in fact stop selling them because that is robbing people's money and that I want back! I'm going to go back to buying gift cards from the bank!

Call on Thursday June 22 before 5:00 to ask about a prescription I was told it couldn’t be filled until the next day.Went to Pharmacy after 4.00 pm on 23?June and after waiting in line more than 20 minutes to get to the counter, I was told they don’t have any prescriptions. I said when I spoke to them yesterday, I said I would come in on Friday afternoon to pick it up.They said it would now be Saturday. I said that is fine as long as it is free delivery. I stated how upset I was after being told it would be ready the next day and it wasn’t. They said that I could wait for the RX and it would be ready in about 15 minutes.After 15 minutes, I then had to go back into the queue to pick up my RX, which took another 20+ minutes. To get to the head of the line.This pharmacy may be busy, but they provide terrible customer service. I will think about transferring my meds from here because of this.

The HEB pharmacy is hit or miss. I have gotten really good service from them before and some of the worst service too. I once waited three hours to get my prescriptions.
