We bought a freezer and when it was delivered the door was so warped it had to be replaced . It's been a total lemon since day 1. Frigidaire blames home depot and home depot blames them meanwhile we keep throwing garbage bags of food away when it for no reason decides to stop running . They should havevreplacedbthis lemon from the beginning. Now we have lost freezer load after freezer load of food. You would think a company as large as home Depot would at least have the professionalism to inquire about a 1 star review. If they lose enough sales maybe it will open their eyes.

Purchased paint for home. The staff in the paint department were helpful and friendly. All of the employees were friendly. I was greeted when I walked in the door. When I left a young lady told me to have a good evening.

Morons! They will hire anyone! Needed help with a light bulb! Waited over 20 mins and asked multiple people for help and when I finally got someone, she tried to tell me a night light bulb is what I needed for a regular fill size bulb! Ridiculous

I bought a refrigerator when I entered the house they scratched the doors. The claim was made, they kept me waiting for a whole year. So that in the end they tell me that they don't recognize it. Even when they repaired the entrance to the house. After almost 2 years, Home Depot was also brave. Ignored case ??? I will surely buy again keep believing

Great variety and employees! The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very competitive, as well as the store carrying a good variety of items. I also love the lockbox up front to quickly pick up online purchases.

Chris L. Has been a great person to work with at Home Depot. Every time I come to the paint section, Chris greets me with a smile and a warm welcome. He’s been extremely helpful in helping me choose my pains and other home products. It’s hard to find people committed to their work and customer obsessed so I wanted to take the time to share some good feedback about his work. His performance and attitude makes all the difference.
