I had to return an item but I forgot my receipt at hime. I took care of that before I shopped. The return process was extremely easy; I had to swipe my credit card and they scanned the item and instantly found my receipt and my item and instantly got a credit back on my credit card.
Overall, I was very pleasantly happy with my visit to this Home Depot.”
“My cousin has been checking on riding lawnmowers at several businesses. I went with her to the Taylor Tractor Supply today. We were greeted by two friendly and helpful young ladies who asked how they could help. We were referred to Ms. Debbie, who provided answers to all the questions my cousin had. She ended up purchasing exactly what she wanted and the mower was on sale! It was very refreshing to enter a store and be helped promptly. We waited for over 30 minutes at another Tractor Supply and ended up leaving without anyone helping. Thank you, Ms. Debbie and Taylor Tractor Supply!!”
“Let me tell you... This garden center is the best HD in the Austin area for trees! Not only did they have plenty, they were healthy too! I went to the Hutto, Pflugerville, and Mueller HDs and they were all low in stock on shade trees and if there were any, the soil on them were bone dry and they looked sickly.
Good job to the management for ordering, and to the associates caring for the trees onsite! This HD is now my 1 stop shop for trees!”

“I love Tractor Supply. It is fun to just go wander through the store, which is a combination of a hardware store, feed store, and pet store. They have tons of dog and cat food and toys, including some high-end brands. It is also like a Home Depot in some ways, but much smaller. Basic tools they have, although not the same selection as you get at one of the big stores. And wandering through the sections devoted to large animals is always interesting, and they have a lot of things that I’ve never seen elsewhere. In addition, they carry a lot of car batteries which are a little cheaper than most places. Outback, they have a lot of things like stainless steel cattle tanks, that you can get it a larger feed store as well. If you like any of this sort of stuff, you will like wandering through Tractor Supply.”

“A very amazing and very helpful David walked us through a lot of the store. We got paint, toilets, a water heater, tile etc. We spent a couple extra thousand than we planned on walking in but it was worth it!”
