“A delivery was not completely right, needing only one additional but critical 2x10 if I was going to be able to continue my DIY project at my home. I called the store expecting that I was embarking on a long drawn out process that would ultimately end up in nothing but frustration.The person who answered the phone said that I needed to speak with the general manager of the whole store and that he would transfer me. I was expecting to get his voicemail, or worse, to be 'accidentally' disconnected.Instead, he picked up almost immediately. After explaining the situation, he asked when I needed it by and promised to get it to me. I was still skeptical, expecting to have to repeatedly call after no additional delivery.Instead, an assistant manager delivered the extra 2x10 one hour EARLY.Throughout the whole process I was treated like the most important customer of the day. Refreshing.There is a Lowes right across the freeway, a little bit closer to my house. It's Home Depot for me from now on.Way to go Home Depot. Mom and Pop service from a big-box store. “I am a frequent customer of this location and occasionally visit other HD stores as well. I was given the wrong pallet of concrete some time ago. It was a more expensive pallet of concrete by far and it seems simple to swap it with the correct one. Not so simple. Time of purchase was involved. Pallets involved. Receipts involved. Different credit card involved. Lots of people involved. What a headache! However, ANTONIA, understood and comprehended the situation today (8-23-23) when I brought it back. She both patiently and graciously followed the procedures. Her supervisor was there and this was just an inconvenience for her but she approved the transactions.ANTONIA solved all the problems, she jumped through hoops and she ultimately made the transactions happen smoothly, safely, and correctly! Totally professional and totally customer service oriented person! 10 STARS for ANTONIA! She is definitely the kind of employee who is focused on the customer as well as doing it correctly for the store!”

“My dog and cats love the food I get from tractor supply for them. I’m very pleasantly surprised at how good it’s been for them! People working here are nice and they take Apple Pay.For those looking to use the veterinary clinic services: they are only there on Sundays from 1 PM to 2:30 PM.”

“Picked up a few items and when checking out had a nice chat with the cashier. I did comment how quickly it added up. She agreed. I did a double check on the receipt. There was an item on there that I didn't get. The item wasn't on the counter or anywhere close by. Neither of us could figure out how the item scan got onto my receipt. Taking things in stride we laughed about it and my card was credited. All in all a delightful but odd experience. Good place, good people.”
