“My recent online order of a bathtub door arrived at this store with damage to the packing box. After being notified of this damage, I went to assess it and found the box crushed in several places and the bottom flaps completely open, which made me wonder if any parts might have already fallen out. But Penny and another lady at the service desk there were most understanding and helpful in getting this item quickly re-ordered for me. Appreciate their kind service.”

“Overall like the store and will continue to come but the service is not as good as the Taylor location. If you do an online order be sure you tell a cashier when you walk in. If you go straight to the customer service/ pickup desk you may be standing there awhile.”
