The flooring project dragged out for months and we encountered every possible issue that caused delays:broken tileInstaller arrived and informed us that the materials where missingPlumber wasn’t calledThe staff didn’t call backBaseboards were missingJust overall a tremendous headache and a bunch of wasted time repeating calling in trying to get issues resolved and corrected; a bunch of back and forth!Now most recently, the issue is that they need to order new materials and pick up the old materials that has been sitting in my garage in the way!!The guy just calls me to state that he’s picking up -no one bothered to notify me about any pick up.Service: Tile work replacement

I recently went into your store I purchase something in the plumbing department and was helped by Jerry. I am 79 years old and didn’t have the slightest idea about what I was looking for. He was so helpful and I appreciated his help. I would highly recommended him to help you if you need it.

I have once again had the best service at The Home Depot in Hutto, Texas! From Joe in the Garden Department to Shyniaa at the checkout. I picked up a pre- ordered item that was not available at the time of pickup. Ms. Lyn Nelson assisted me and went above and beyond to help me find a replacement item. She left her desk at the Customer Service area and walked me to the area to find a replacement item. I highly recommend this store and will gladly return again. Thank you for all you do.

Although the employees are all really friendly and attempt to assist you, they are not trained properly on the products or machinery. It took 3 trips to get my blinds cut correctly for my windows. I had exact measurements each time. The VCT flooring came in damaged 3X before UPS could deliver without damage to product. This type of flooring is brittle and no extra packaging was provided till I requested it! My DIY kitchen flooring is now 4 weeks behind! The employees know NOTHING about this product at all or how to advise in installing it. IT MUST be sealed after installation with a specialty sealer for this product that isn't stocked at store. Stone sealer isnt the same stuff!! This type of flooring requires waxing to maintain shine. Its not no wax and it will stain if not sealed! UGH! Why won't home depot simply train their people with this knowledge?! If I hadn't done the research, I would have been sold the wrong products and ruined a $500 new kitchen floor that would have had to be ripped up and installed correctly! it doesn't matter what department you go to either, the employees don't know anything! Love the friendly attitudes but it's only 1/2 of proper customer service, you need to know the product!!!
