I want to commend Julian for his friendliness and help yesterday. I use a walker and he was helpful in opening the doors, staying with me while I waited for my family to bring the car up and walk out to it with me. During this time, he was others who were arriving. I really do appreciate his courtesy and going out of his way to help me. Thank you, Julian.

It's pretty cool. Good arcade, Godzilla VR rips! Good ticket items. Great duckpin bowling, great pizza and burgers. I'm glad this place exists. Easy to spend a day here. I'll be coming back frequently.

If you want to do anything here but see a movie make sure you have ample time. Their arcade card machine (they only have one!) was out of order and had to wait in line in prize room for over 20 minutes in order to give my money away and buy cards for the kids. Then we ordered 1 pizza which came out in 30 minutes. And it wasn’t even busy! They are severely understaffed and those who are working there seem to be severely undertrained.

Convenient location and new.
Food (chicken sandwich and fries) were over-salted.
Movie theater seats are in a weird position. The headrest is too big, pushing your head downward, so your sight line is towards the bottom of the movie screen. That’s even while reclining the seats.
Staff were friendly.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 12th birthday here. Our sales manager Tiana made the booking process simple. She was great in helping provide options and tailoring them to what we wanted. We really enjoyed the ability to have hamburgers and chicken burgers instead of the usual pizza many parties have. Our host Devin was great as well. My wife raved about how attending he was for our group of girls who attended ensuring they had shoes for bowling, etc. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Many of our families who attended said how great of a party it was.

I attempted to take my grandkids to a movie at Delray today. I purchased tickets for Polar Express. When we arrived for a 2pm show there was a private birthday party in the same theater. We were asked to leave the theater, then spent one hour trying to get a refund. The management was unaware of the conflict until more people came in who encountered the same problem. The theater was dirty, and completely rundown. I won’t be back.

In Delray Beach Florida they had a movie and they sold tickets but when we got there they had a crazy four year old party the staff called fandango apparently hooky didn’t tell fandango about it they tried to give us tickets to a different movie poorly ran I recomend find a different movie theater.

Hands down THE crappiest experience EVER. We didn't go to the movie theater, so can't review that. Arcade was small and some machines were out of order. We ate at the restaurant, horrible! Food took 50 minutes to arrive, quality - garbage, cold, greasy, nasty. Every associate we encountered looked like they would rather be walking through the gates of hell than being in this place. Save your money, go to McDonald's - you'll have a better time and you will eat better food.

Our Sting Soccer Club team had our end of season celebration at Hooky. The staff was amazing. Our Host Faith took great care of our team and the boys loved the pizza. Faith was attentive, communicated well, and addressed any challenges immediately. Sales Manger Tiani, got us a great package and accommodated us in such a short notice. Our team had a blast and looking forward to our next event.

We have had TWO team building events here and our team loves it!! Would be back again. Love the 1 hour bowling and 1 hour gaming. The event pricing is really great!
We’ve also personally experienced the IMAX theatre. The service for in seat dining is good and attentive. Looking forward to more family movie nights with the kiddos.

We had a last minute reservation and Tiani was beyond helpful in getting something figured out. On the day of the reservation our hostess Maddie was waiting outside for us. She was amazing and made our first time visit to Hooky amazing. Everyone was caring and attentive. We will be for sure coming back

For the price of 9$ tickets that's a great deal! The food was tasty although I wouldn't recommend the pretzels with cheese the bread was very dry! Cheese had no flavor ! But their fries were absolutely delicious 😋🤤. Bathrooms are clean and the movie teathers are as well.

Great theaters for anything in IMAX 3D.
Comfortable seats and a really good drink selection.
