Used to love this place. Went in for a simple ac diagnostic. They charge $150 for a diagnostics. And after all of an hour get a call after everything is added up would he over $600 for a recharge. Never thought I'd see them abusing prices like this. Will never be returning her for service ever again.

I have spent 2 days trying to find the words that can describe my appreciation and gratitude. I have been going to Hutto Automotive since 2016 and they have always done a fanominal job. They always make sure to call and check on their customers personally to make sure whatever work was done is still good to go.
I recently was in a bad situation with my car and Hutto Automotive, Mr. Tovar's team, Ralf and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure my situation turned out good. Hutto Automotive have treated my Wife and I as family and I shall be forever grateful for ALL that they have done for us. Thank you again Mr. Tovar, Ralf, Carlos, and the Hutto/ Tovar Automotive team the Hall's appreciate you all.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tovar Automotive & Hutto Automotive for over 15 years now. They are my only trusted mechanic in Hutto. I have never been disappointed and their customer service is always top notch. They are a small local business and one that I take pride in supporting.

I wish they would have been upfront about the $150 diagnostic fee when I scheduled, then told me he couldn’t remove the charge and that I had to pay for it because he has to pay his guy. Great customer service… scam. Thats ridiculous! I definitely wouldn't have even made an appointment if I had been told the truth upfront! Most places do a diagnostic test as a curiosity. I will definitely not be returning.

They did an amazing job!! Very friendly,excellent customer service!! Highly recommend them to family and friends!! If I ever have any other issues with my car, I'm definitely returning back to them. They even called a couple of days later after the repair to see how my car was doing? Or if I had any issues which I didn't!! Thank you guys for excellent service, from the beginning to the end!!

Unbelievable customer service!
I decided my 2016 CX-5's brakes had been feeling off for a few weeks - steering wheel went back and forth as I was braking, and the car would slightly jump forward as I was finishing braking. This would be our THIRD brake job in 1.5 years. We bought this car new, so figured it was majorly suspect. The second brake job was still in warranty and Hutto Automotive both replaced the front rotors and brake pads free of charge but also upgraded them. Apparently there was a part issue with the second set of rotors we got. Unlike the first place that did the initial job, Hutto Automotive went above and beyond to fix the parts issue that led to the overall brake issue.
We called on a Friday afternoon, they checked it out right then and there, we picked up the car over the weekend for parts delivery on Monday. They were finished by Monday afternoon.
Will definitely be coming back and will highly recommend to others I know!

My Diesel needed a new exhaust injector and I was in limp mode. Chris Tovar and his team kept me informed of when it would be finished and price never changed. They had me back on the road in 2 days and my truck has been running great since then. I highly recommend Hutto automotive for all your mechanic needs.

The folks at Hutto Automotive are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked extremely hard to get my vehicle back to me quickly and were very upfront about the costs. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again. I highly recommend them.
