HORRIBLE Experience, stay away!FACILITY: the place is small, and run down. AC is barely working in this hot Texas summer, don’t think it can keep up with the amount of people in there.INSTRUCTORS: they don’t seem very engaging with the kids. I see them sitting around and just telling the kids what to do from far away a lot.CUSTOMER SERVICE: I never had to deal with such a horrible customer service experience. They don’t care about the kids or the family experience, they only want your money. The first week we took my son to their trail class, it turned out to be all girls. The owner suggested he try the boys class the week after so I agree. Paid the invoice sent to me, which included registration fee, and two months of tuition (first and last month). I didn’t think too much into it as I never had issues or worry about dealing with stuffs like this before. Unfortunately, my son did not like the boys class and we asked to drop out of the class right away. I was willing to pay for the registration and the fee for the class… but it’s a hard no refund policy whatsoever.Know what you get yourself into before committing into a contract with this gym.Now we’re stuck for two months.

Coach Riley that does preschool classes has been less than amused since my daughter began classes there two months ago. Her attitude has been a very noticeable nightmare from day one (tries to hide it and is extremely unsuccessful- I am not the only parent that notices this.)Last straw was today walking in Riley and the other coach were at the desk with their feet up both on their phones.. no acknowledgement. The class times have changed and start at a different time every single week without warning.During the summer it has been extremely hot inside this gym.. basically feels like no AC at all. After class today she could barely even bring herself to look at my daughter (which she didn’t) as Layla took a lollipop and we left.. no goodbye or anything. Seriously over the attitude and will be finding a new gym with a coach that actually wants to be there. We really wanted to stay with this gym and give it a chance. That’s why we stayed so long. But nothing changed and with time Riley’s attitude has gotten worse. My daughter is in multiple dance classes besides gymnastics at this gym and we have never had a problem with any of the coaches.I also just want to make it clear that it’s not the “coaching” that’s the issue. It’s literally the attitude personality that has been the problem this whole time.

Sent my girls (10&5) to their spring break camp and my expectations have been exceeded! The staff is so welcoming and the communication is amazing. My girls are heartbroken the week is ending so I will be looking into classes next! Highly recommend this facility and thank you for giving my girls the best week!

My child started out in after-school care here and almost immediately started lessons and eventually attended their summer camps and occasional parents night out (they have it all here!).She has now been here for 2 years and loves it. They keep us informed via email consistently and are quick to respond. She loves the coaches and has made many friends here.We look forward to many more!
