“For those of us who absolutely hate folding clothes with a passion, Rush Laundromat offers drop-off service!!The laundromat looks like it just opened up -brand new machines, brand new everything. The owner was very communicative through text with updates about picking up my clothes. My delicates were delicately handled and the owner even hung up some of my more delicate wardrobe pieces without it being dry-clean! Really amazing service.Parking is available. Friendly owner who is very involved and invested in his business - Much respect!This will be my new go-to spot for laundry.”

“Dropped by for the First time today after my regular laundry was super busy. This facility is about 20 min away however from the pictures and reviews I gave it a try. I was not disappointed, I was highly satisfied with the extra large washer/dryers . Facility was clean and the manager/attendant was really nice and helpful with it being my first time there . I'd definitely keep this place in my pocket as an alternative”

“Nice enough place. Gets the job done. I take my king size blankets here and the only issue is trying to get them dry. But I think that’s normal for that size blanket. It can get busy at times and some machines can be out of order. But never any major inconveniences.”

“Great machines. The largest washers were great for comforters and rugs. And the gentleman who helped me yesterday was awesome. I got there and realized I had left my wallet at home. I had a bag of change in my car. Bless him but I counted out $25 in quarters. They had no cash on hand but he personally took my quarters and gave me $25. This saved me driving back home which was 25 minutes one way. I’d give 10 stars if I could.”

“I have been going to Kleen Wash since I moved to Pflugerville and I have had only good experiences. The Owner leaves a phone number to help customers if any problem does occur which most of the time it is from things such as not closing the machines properly, making the loads too big, etc. Thank you for providing a safe and clean enviroment to do wash and dry my clothes.”

“This is going to be a bit of a strange one, so bear with me….I took a rather expensive article of clothing to this cleaner last Wednesday to be dry cleaned. It was my first time using them. Long story short, when I picked the item up on Monday, it was rather significantly damaged. The item was, in my opinion, ruined (to be fair, it could probably still be worn, but it was Gucci. Who wants to wear damaged Gucci? Lol). I went back in on Wednesday morning after discovering the damage and spoke with the very polite and apologetic lady who was running the shop at the time. What I discovered was from the time I dropped off my items and the cleaning was completed, to when I picked them up on Monday, ownership of the company had changed. This made some confusion for the damage claim.Long story short, within hours, the new owner, Karl, was reaching out to me via phone. This gentleman whomin absolutely NO fault of his own inherited this situation absolutely went above and beyond to ensure it was rectified. Karl was incredibly kind, apologetic, and generous, and ensured the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. It would have been so easy for him to say “I just bought this place; not my problem.” But he didn’t, and in my opinion, that speaks VOLUMES about the character of this business owner.I know that there will be a new cleaning process/new cleaners in place that will ensure things like this don’t happen. I will absolutely be returning based solely on the fact that this business has morals, upstanding character, and FAR above average customer service skills.Hands down 5/5 based SOLEY on the new ownership.”
