It doesn't matter which nail tech I get, my nails are always beautiful. The only downfall is how busy they are and lack of parking, but worth the wait and the walk.

I came here because of the reviews. I’ve tried so many salons near me, I’m in the IKEA area off University in Round Rock and I’ve not had the greatest luck with finding the right person. Stumbled upon NexGen and based off reviews I thought I’d give them a try. Let me tell you, Nathan there absolutely hit it out of the park for me. He was so attentive to what he was doing, the shape, length and just everything overall, I have never loved a set of nails this much ever. My graduation is next Thursday and I’m SO HAPPY. Thank you so much Nathan, I hope they let you know I’m literally obsessed, I’ll be back to see you again!

3 weeks later after builder gel manicure longest I have had polish last. Pedicure was gel polish did not last as long. There were a few cuticle cuts that went to deep causing pain… that’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. The dragon fruit drink amazing… no offer for refills and not much of the actual drink too much ice…

I get the SNS dip on my real nails and they are healthy and very seldom break. I love the chrome too! Gigi is my manicurist and I would not trade her for anyone else. Nathan does my pedicures. Being a diabetic i need someone that will take their time and ensure I have healthy feet. Not just someone that does great the first time and there after you're displeased. The salon is clean and and decorated for the season's, so relaxing. They also have drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic which adds a little more to your me time.

Jenny always gives me the best service & is always accommodating my schedule! She greets me with a smile & leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed! I highly recommend Jenny for your pedicures! She is always so sweet and remembers what’s going on with me & my family! She does a great job making me feel welcome!

Terry does not give massage even though it is included in the package purchased. When I asked her for the leg message she said she gave it but I clearly did not feel her giving it. Then she further went on to say do you want to see the cameras but never ended up showing any footage of the service I received. For the manicure when I asked for my massage she did it but when I asked if she can increase the pressure she said no. Her behavior is not friendly never get your manicure and pedicure done by her from this place.

NextGen Spa is THE place to be!! BEST specialty pedicures ever, as about them.. I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Lena is AMAZING!!! And Bella is my #1 design and nail tech. Just show her an inspiration photo and she will create a unique design EVERY TIME. I'm in love with this spa!!!
