The venue layout is thoughtfully designed, featuring a main open area, built-in bar, loft, skylight room, and an outdoor courtyard. This allows for easy flow between different activities such as dinner, music, and drinks without feeling cramped, even for weddings of around 90 to 110 guests. A significant advantage is the ability to hold both the ceremony and reception entirely indoors, which is highly valued for Texas weather. The courtyard offers a great place for fresh air and cocktail hour, with accessible restrooms nearby. The venue is also noted as being very spacious and dog friendly. The staff is consistently praised as super helpful, a joy to work with, and professional. They are described as kind, detail-oriented, prompt, and easy to communicate with, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The rental package is considered very reasonable, with reasonably priced in-house furniture and add-ons that are convenient for couples. While parking in the downtown area was initially a concern for some, guests found plenty of available spaces. Minor considerations noted include the bridal and groom's suites being adjacent in the loft, which requires some planning to keep the couple separated before the ceremony. My client booked this studio for her maternity session and it was amazing! The lighting was perfect. We didn’t use the outdoor area but it was also gorgeous!!
