Purchased a used 2013 Silverado from them sight. I bought it sight unseen after they sent me a few photos and videos.Flew down to pick it up and it was exactly as described no surprises. Paperwork was done in less than 15 minutes.Danny & John were real friendly and nice to work with.

We bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Diesel from Danny and John at the beginning of November. Not even 24 hours after our purchase the turbo went out. Danny and John went above and beyond to get the part replaced, and get the truck running right before returning it. Not only did they hold off on the pay off to our old truck to make sure that the new one could be taken care of, but they then expedited the process to ensure that the old truck was paid off before our payment date, and even offered to make the payment if we missed the date and had to make the payment. This is our second truck that we have purchased from Platinum, and we would purchase another one from them when the time comes. They made the buying process quick, easy and painless and took care of us even once the sale was complete with proper communication and care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS…This has been the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. Do not trust Platinum Auto Group LLC. in Hutto, TX or Danny Bucher. He is the “Used Car Salesman” that give Used Car Salesman the poor reputations that exist. Upon taking ownership of the vehicle I was met with over $10K in repairs needed. Conveniently, all the following issues were never disclosed.• Falsified and Misrepresented Vehicle Odometer.• Falsified and Misrepresented Vehicle Condition.• Received the vehicle with a flat tire and empty tank of gas.• Radius Arm Brushing / Front Thrust Rod BushingTorn/Cracked and Leaking.• Malfunctioning Driver Safety Assistance Functions.• Rear Headliner Torn and Sunroof Motor not running.• Windshield Wiper Motor not running.• Emergency Light SoS Malfunction.• Connector for Auxiliary Water Pump hanging loose and notplugged in.• TCB Battery Failed and Defective• The Front Cup Holder broken and nonfunctioning.• The Rear Cigarette Pocket broken and will not close.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM…..
