At first, I was very impressed with the service and responsiveness of the business. My husband did a trade in and found an older jeep that he knew would need some work but had just had the engine replaced about 30k miles back so was happy most of the expensive part was good. That said, we had the jeep for a couple weeks and it stopped starting and every shop is saying it’s the engine. On top of that, the dealership hasn’t sent the payoff for our other car so we’ve made an additional 2 payments on that. Super unsatisfied.

I can’t stand high pressure sales. These guys aren’t even low pressure…it’s like zero pressure. They gave me a fair price w/add on warranty. That’s all good, but AFTER I purchased the truck, there were a few minor issues and they had me come back in and leave the truck. They replaced a number of things even after I took delivery and did it at their cost. For my next vehicle sale or purchase this is 100% where I’m going.

We bought a truck here at this location 60 days ago and to this day we have not received a title or inspection. Apparently they never processed the documents. And we paid for title and fees.

I went into Platinum just looking around after going to another dealership. When I got there I noticed their immense volume of quality used vehicles. Every vehicle is priced to move. I was looking for a car at a very specific price point, and CarGurus pointed me towards a high mileage 2015 Subaru Outback available at this lot. I was a little skeptical, and put it off for a couple days while I shopped around.
As it turns out, that Outback was The One. The staff there were very amicable, very laid back, and allowed me to solo test drive the car. They were up front about the price, the condition, and provided a Carfax report before I ever asked about it. The salesman I dealt with, Kenny, was a nice guy and very helpful.
I've had the car a few weeks now, and it's ran as well as when I bought it, no issues. The rest of the cars on the lot looked to be in good condition as well, with a varied selection to look at. These cars may not all be killer deals, but at least they're good quality and a fair price.

Great group of guys, they have plenty of trucks and cars for sale. Lots of options and willing to work with everyone. Great prices, and cool vehicles. They also have off road vehicles, side x sides, boats, golf carts and so on. Staff is very nice and friendly, they are knowledgeable about vehicles and what they are selling. Keep it up y'all. Doing great.

I highly recommend this dealership the experience was very accommodating and they are upfront. I didn't feel like they were trying to push a sale also the prices on inventory very reasonable.

The car this place sold me is great. The workers on the other hand seem annoyed that you called (that’s only when they answer the phone and didn’t let your phone go to voicemail). When talking to anyone here it seemed to be a big game of telephone because someone is always waiting for someone and couldn’t give you an answer that day or had to get in touch with someone, they say they will call you back or have that person call but the call never does, is rather stub all of my toe on every piece of furniture in my house before having to deal with this place again👍

I found Danny on Facebook Marketplace. He was incredibly communicative and texted with me before I even made the drive out. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and helpful. Then Ken stepped in to show me the trucks. He was laid back, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy. Their selection is solid and they let me test drive with zero pressure.
