Noah, is very knowledgeable in regards to the business and inventory. A true professional who goes the extra mile providing customer support. We're extremely fortunate to have a business like this in the Central Texas area.

There was a mistake in the order I received. I will assume it's an honest mistake. That is why I am giving you 2 stars. I will give you five stars when this is corrected. Thank you.

I got a monitor from red planet, when i received the item it was not working. they asked me to send the item back with in 14 days. i have paid the money for return shipping and they agreed to pay the return shipping charges once they receive the item. they have received the item a week back and they are not replying the emails and i have called them twice, they are not responding properly. i have spent my money for just receiving and returning a defective item.

Lousy company to deal with, they dont answer their calls during regular business hours. Ordered a part from them which they had in stock, they call me back after 2 days later saying its defective and could not be shipped out. Wasted my time!

Do not purchase anything from this seller. I purchased something on eBay, immediatly he harvested my PayPal e-mail to directly communicate with me — which is a major eBay seller violation. So, I told him that he would be reported. No one likes recieving an e-mail from PayPal, an e-mail from eBay, and a e-mail from the seller's store (that illigally harvested your e-mail) informing you that your order has been shipped. Because I e-mailed him 5 minutes after he gave me a tracking number, he canceled eBay order, refunded me, canceled the shipping label, and blocked me from ordering anything from him on eBay. Covering his tracks evidently. Do not be fooled. Sellers like this use eBay to get your PayPal e-mail then send you newsletters and other advertisments to bypass the buyer protections eBay provides. If you deal directly with the seller and get screwed over, you won't have all the money back gaurantee protection eBay provides you with.

Received everything in a timely manner except the invoice. When calling about obtaining the invoice, was told I'd receive it in a few minutes. After e-mailing them back asking again, I've heard nothing back for days despite their "very fast" response time.

Ordered a power supply for my computer, paid extra for Priority Shipping. It arrived today and is not functional. I called at 2pm Texas time, got the automated recording asking me to hold twice, and then heard a "We're sorry our office is closed message." I called back and got a person and told him my power unit was delivered broken. He said they would ship one tomorrow (sat) but there's no mail due to holiday. I told him I need this part for my job and asked if he couldn't just overnight it since this was not my fault. He said that the company would lose money and they would not do that. In other words, my customer satisfaction was very unimportant. I'm angry and would not recommend them if helping a customer who was delivered a faulty part is considered a financial loss. No thanks

I Bought a new Power Adapter from Red Planet about a week ago for my Inspiron notebook. I wasn't sure exactly what kind of power adapter i needed but the customer service was very helpful in helping me order the right part. The power adapter was used but works great! I will definitely be ordering from these guys again.‎
