I worked in real estate investment for over a decade, my brother has worked in the field far longer than that, and I grew up with a father who has been in the industry for many decades. I have encountered a whole lot of real estate agents in my life. Working with Rustic Oak Real Estate was by far and away the worst experience I've ever had, or even heard of, working with a real estate agent in my life without question. I can't think of a single thing that they didn't screw up at least once (numerous times in many cases). Maybe Courtney is good at her job, but if you aren't working with her directly then steer clear and pick literally any other brokerage and you will be happy you did so.
Reply: Not even 1% of this review is related to what you stated. And there are more than 24 hours in 12 days. I'm done, spin it how you'd like.

Courtney was the amazing realtor/ friend we have ever had. She was super patient, professional, and positive. She was very responsive and supportive with our situation. We had a bumpy road but she was positive and turned our minds the correct way. Even though my mind was racing at 1000 mph, she still answered all my questions even if the questions were repeated. Courtney, I can’t say enough about her professionalism, Friendliness, and down to earth attitude! Courtney made our selling/buying experience so smooth and stress free. This was our 2nd time buy a house in almost 17 years and first time Selling our house and honestly this time around (Buying) was so much easier.

I was recommended to Rustic Oak Real Estate when i was looking to sell my home. Courtney and her team were amazing partners! They were there every step of the way and answered all my crazy questions in a speedy and courteous way. We listed our house in a week, had an offer a week later, put an offer on a house the next week, and closed both homes within a month! Not even one hiccup throughout the entire process. Courtney's knowledge of the process and the market gave us comfort every step of the way. I would give the Rustic Oak team 10 stars if I could. I'll be sending recommendations any chance I get.
