Brought my car in for a defective door window switch. They told me the motor was bad. Several U-tube videos said my symptoms always meant the switch was bad, but I trusted them and told them to go ahead and replace the motor. Then they called again and said the whole assembly that moves the window up and down was defective, even though I had never had a problem with the window going up and down before the switch started malfunctioning. So I trusted them again and allowed them to change that part also. Total bill was $1300. When I picked the car up, the window was acting exactly the same as when I brought it in!! Then they said the switch was now bad, but it had been OK when I brought it in, and they charged me almost $600 MORE to change the switch. This shop is either dishonest or incompetent, but I will never bring my car back there again.

Dennis is wonderful! Always been very pleased with the work he has done on my cars. He's honest and gives fair pricing on all parts and labor.
