Bought a leveling kit for my 2019 Nissan Titan. Two years later I went to put new tires on and four of the six bolts (2 of 3 on each side) were broken off. Leaving one bolt on both sides to hold my struts on. I called Street Rays and they recommended drilling out the broken bolts and replacing with stronger bolts. They had an immediate remedy almost like this was a common occurrence. I couldn't extract the broken bolts so I ordered a new leveling kit thinking maybe it was a fluke since they have such amazing reviews on Ebay. I got the new leveling kit professionally installed again and within two weeks, three of the six bolts broke again. I am in sales and only drive highway miles. I was dumbfounded how this could happen again. I emailed the company and they immediately gave me my $48 back for the kit. That was the only positive. I say this because the shop said my truck was undriveable until I fixed the broken bolts. They did it while it was there and it ended up costing me $454 to extract and replace with new bolts. Mainly all labor cost. So a $48 part broke in less than two weeks, left me stranded, and costed $454 to get me going again. I reached out to Street Rays for help with this cost and they have gone silent. I would not do ANY business with them at all!

Company is really something. I ordered their sway bar drop kit and they ship the wrong set of bolts with it. I reach out with the issue and they send out another bolt kit, awesome. I get that bolt kit in and it's the wrong bolts....again. Truck sat in the driveway for 2 weeks and I finally decided to just go to home depot and get my own bolts and washers for 25$ . Don't do business with this company, I don't think they care honestly.

Don't listen to other bad reviews on Google. They have the best machined parts you could ever purchase. I ordered on ebay and they sell thousands of items per month. Looks like nobody leaves them good reviews here on Google. The shock extenders were beautifully made and worked perfectly on my Fox 2.5 Factory series resivor shocks.... with a BDS 6" lift on my 2017 Ram Rebel they worked perfectly. Thank you guys! I'll be ordering another set just to have on hand in my overlanding bag!

You guys don’t want bad reviews? You guys don’t want negative reviews and people bashing you? Well how about you take some responsibility. Your eBay site is being shutdown. I’ve already put in a claim. Since you guys took my return back yet still haven’t given my refund. You’re being sent to collections. Everyday you don’t pay your fee it is an additional 5 dollars. So good luck. Hope it’s worth everything

Item does not fit as stated. Company wants me to pay for return shipping on a $25 item that doesn't fit due to thier inventory error. Stay away!!!

I guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Package was delivered to wrong address. Will not return my emails and the phone number is bogus. Filed for money back through PayPal. I was trying to do my due diligence and buy from a local American company, I see where that got me. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Do not use this company!!!!
We returned a product and they never refunded our money even after emailing and making sure we can return. Have proof of email correspondence. Fraudulent Company

I have not received my 3" lif that I bought with this company. It has been more than a month and I have not had a response in any way. I contacted them by phone and there is no such number. I sent them an email and they do not respond.
