I saw Jacklyn for the first time Saturday evening for a fill and shellac polish manicure- black polish and a cute white and glitter Christmas tree on ring finger- left and everything looked great - Sunday day in the sunlight I noticed there was particles in the top coat on almost every nail - I went by the spa and Jacklyn said no problem! Buffed them and reapplied the top coat! So nice and I so appreciated her fixing them for me 🎄

The service wasn't too bad, but the store itself looked a bit outdated, and there weren't many customers even during typically busy times.

I really like going here! I usually get pedicures, but sometimes a mani-pedi...regardless, I am never disappointed. Friendly staff, excellent service, and calming atmosphere.

I have been to many salons in the area and none can compare with Studio Nails & Spa. They listen to what I want and, trust me, I am a picky customer. I always leave super happy with my Gel nails! Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Best manicure and pedicure! They really took time to do a great job, which I always appreciate but especially with a later evening appointment during the busy holiday season. Staff were very friendly, too!

Very sad to write it as I prefer writing only good reviews. Yesterday I went there for the first time hoping to get a manicure. The gentleman started to remove my previous gel and was very aggressive with the process. I asked him several times to be careful with my nails as I wanted to keep them strong, long and I did not want them to be thin as paper after rude buffing. After my polite requests he said I was very picky and told me to leave the salon. I left with my nails scratched and gel not removed. I was very upset and even did not take pictures because my nails looked horrible, and I was embarrassed.
