Not sure eof this is a one-off or asinine management at this location, but it's absolutely unacceptable that your list8ng says open from 8am to 6pm and the store is shutting down at 11:45 am.
I drove 23 miles to get to this location only to find your employee closing up.
Someone at UPS grow a brain and at least list any closing times. HOW HARD IS YOUR JOB?

Heads up***. This UPS store in HEB Hutto just charged me $8.00 to pick up a small box of wine I had delivered there since I was not going to be home and it needed to be signed for. I have done this multiple times at this and other UPS stores in the area. It has always been a service UPS offers its customers and I have never been charged. To be fair, they may be within their franchise rights, I have no clue. But I for one, will be taking my UPS shipping, supplies, and receiving needs elsewhere.
P.S. If you google what the fee is to have your package delivered and picked up at a UPS store, It says it’s free… Funny how the receipt they gave me says “shipping supplies”. They don’t even have a proper register code for “their” service fee.

If you're going to advertise notary services, be sure to offer notary services. Else it should be Notary services available (sometimes)
I've now tried this store 3 times for notary services, and 3 times been told it's not available, I know it won't hurt business but I'll definitely be going elsewhere from now on.

Management of this store is absolutely useless if you have a problem with a package. I called, left messages and sent an email and never recieved a single response. UPS customer service is also no help when you shipped via a store location. They are unable to issue a refund for a 2 day shipment that arrived 5 days late. You MUST deal directly with the store, which will not respond to any of my inquiries. The staff at the store also can not refund your money. I also reached out to the corporate office who had to contact the store to issue a refund. To date I have spent approximately 8 hours dealing with various customer service departments and still can not get a refund. DO NOT USE UPS!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. i will NEVER use UPS again , ESPECICALLY this location. 2 weeks ago i needed a package sent out immediately & they told me all i needed was a stamp & to write down the address. Well , wouldnt you know it when i checked my mail today THERE IS THE LETTER I NEEDED TO GET OUT. So i call the store, they dont pick up, i call again and someone picks up doesnt say anything and leaves the phone there for 10 minutues. I hang up call again and someone picks up and hangs up on me. I call again and someone picks up , a few minutues of talking, she hangs up on me. Finally, i call again and a nice man picks up and we talk and he tells me in fact when i sent out the damn package i would need a LABEL. not what the first people told me 2 weeks ago.Absolutely. ridiculous and incompetent people. I will NEVER. go back to this clown show. If i could give it a 0 star i would.

I visited this store on Sat, Apr 12th@noon. I had a very important letter that needed to arrive by Apr 15th. I asked about 1 day shipping and the store clerk stated it would be $94 and would arrive by the close of business on Monday, Apr 14th. That was a bit much for me so I asked about 2 day shipping and I was quoted $42 and was told the letter would arrive on Tues by end of business day. To my surprise, when I tracked the letter, it was to arrive on Wednesday, Apr 16th. This is not what I paid for. I paid for 2 day shipping not 3 day shipping. My letter arrived late, past the 15th. I contacted the store and the clerk said, I would not receive a refund because they only give refunds for overnight shipping. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager would call me, but here it is two days later and no call from the manager. I want a refund because my package did not arrive by the day I paid for. If I can help it, I will never use UPS again.

They don't have a notary service despite their ad.. First time I needed notary service, they did not have somebody on site.. Next time, I scheduled for a notary service a day in advance, and my request was confirmed by UPS. I showed up for the notary service at the confirmed appointment time, and they again told me they don't have notary person on site and they forwarded me to UPS in Georgetown. Just remove your notary service and don't tell on your page that you have notary service. You never have any notary on site...
