Under inflated tires on a new install.Missing screws on my lug nut covers.Lost valve stem caps.Discarded my set of tires without consent and "lost them" while I was at the shop.Input wrong phone number and never called my name when my truck was finished so I waited an additional 45 minutes in the lobby.Going to be completely honest my initial take was alright because they charge less to mount tires than other companies around Hutto. But as my experience progressed my mind changed rapidly.I ordered tires online and brought them in to be put on my truck. I told Hector I wanted to keep whichever of my truck tires had the best tread (they were all in decent shape but I needed to get load tires not mud tires for my truck)When the install was done I checked my truck bed and find that there is no tire so I run back inside and ask about where it is. Hector and Juan both walked into the back to "look" for them and came back saying "they can't find them they've been disposed of and can't be recovered."I was at the shop the entire time and no one came for the conex in the front where they put the tires. But whatever on that I already have a spare but I wanted a better tread on it.-Was a big disgruntled at that point so said whatever and left since they obviously disappeared my set of 4 tires that still had decent tread on them and would not recover them for me.When I got back home I took a better look at the install and noticed my tires were under inflated, my lug nut covers were missing fasteners and I only had 1 valve stem cover put back on.My front two truck tires were inflated to 28psi and my rear tires at 30.The stock tire pressure recommendation is 30 front and 35 rearI have aftermarket rims so my 35x12.50r20s tire I have is recommended 45psi.So definitely not happy about it.

TL&DRI would not trust these guys. I believe they sold me something unnecessary, and then said they did something but couldn't produce the document indicating it even really needed an alignment.I bought a new (new to me) truck and on the drive home from the dealership had a vibration in the steering wheel. I called Tires to You because they are local and asked for some advice. The first person I talked to said, oh, that's an alignment issue. When I got to their store, I was told that it is not alignment, but likely balancing.I made it clear right away that I would have to bill this back to the dealership. So I was sold both a balancing and an alignment. After it was complete, and I was checking out, I asked for the report on the alignment so I could use it to show the dealership the reason it needed an alignment. I was told the printer was broken and so they cannot generate that report, but they would create the report of it now. Of course, if it is aligned now, doing the measurement would not help. And if they create it and print it now, why couldn't they do it earlier?I asked to speak with a manager, and this young kid came up and said he was the assistant manager. He simply stated that they performed the work, so should be paid. I explained again why I needed the report, and if they could produce one now, why couldn't they earlier. He also said an alignment is required every time you remove the tires. What? Seriously? He argued a bit and I refused to pay for the alignment. He finally told the guy "just take it off".I called some other tire stores and asked about getting an alignment every time the wheels are taken off, and of course was told that was ridiculous. They all also said an alignment would not fix a vibration in the steering.I would not trust these guys. I believe they sold me something unnecessary, and then said they did something but couldn't produce the document indicating it even really needed an alignment.

The team at Tires to You is always courteous and willing to understand your needs. They have provided me with recommendations that I had not yet considered that were a less expensive and equally adequate solution to my problem. The manager Chris is focused on making sure you are pleased with your purchase and the final result. Besides that, they provide a tire warranty that you just can't beat. I'd highly recommend their service.

Friendly, helpful and professional. Highest recommendation I can give is my ratting. They got my tires replaced very quickly and at a good price. More than that, they ALWAYS are friendly and helpful.I had been to this particular location at least 4 times (3 for my truck and 1 for my wife’s car) for screw in tire repair. They always fit me in even when busy and never charged me but treated me the same way as if I was a paying customer. It is the biggest reason that I did make flairs to buy my truck replacement tires from them.

I was on my way to an appointment, and I heard a weird noise but I wasn't sure what it was. A kind soul on the road pointed out to me my tire was flat. I pulled off the road and realized Tires to You was just a few hundred feet away. They had a long line of people waiting. But within an hour, my tire was repaired. They didn't charge me ANYTHING! Tires To You was a godsend. Thank you for brightening up my day! Kudos!

I don’t ever go anywhere else other than tires to you. I was needing my tires rebalanced and needed sticky weights on 3 of my tires They always work fast and it’s done correctly. I was in and out in 35-40 minutes. No more bouncing while driving. The staff there is super friendly and they know what they’re talking about! Go to tires to you and they’ll take care of the job!

They got my truck in quick and got the tires rotated, but then my truck sat for an hour waiting for alignment. They were supposed to have 2 guys doing alignments. One went to lunch, understandable, and the other one was working on tires, not understandable. Why have an alignment guy doing tires, when you have vehicles waiting to be aligned! That makes no sense. When I brought up how long my truck had been sitting, waiting for the alignment, it was taken to the bay immediately, and the pulled the guy off of doing tires to align it, supposedly. Usually you get a before and after printout, showing that it has been aligned. I did not get that. They said the printer was down, but was it really. I’ll be taking it someplace else to have it checked. I want to know if it was really aligned.

Been going there for years, always good deals and service. This last time a girl named Destiny was really patient, sweet, and helpful with me when I was really stressed out and got me taken care of same day. Great company!

My recent visit to Tires to You for a tire leak repair was marred by extended delays and incomplete service. Upon arrival, an employee courteously informed me that the repair would be free and should take between 30 minutes to an hour. I had also requested a tire rotation and a quote for new tires. After a full hour of waiting with no updates, I discovered that my car had not yet been looked at. Another customer who had arrived at the same time was also still waiting, experiencing the same delays. This brought back memories of a previous incident when my wife had similar issues with this establishment, leading to major disruptions in her schedule. What was originally estimated to be a maximum of one hour turned into a two-hour wait. Even more frustrating was the realization that my request for tire rotation was overlooked. While they did provide a quote for new tires, it was only after I prompted them to do so when I was ready to leave, leading to an additional delay.Although the tire repair was free, the mismanagement of time, overlooking of services, and the need to prompt for the quote was frustrating. I had planned the visit to fit within my lunch break, not expecting that the process would double the time initially stated.I hope Tires to You will take this feedback into account and improve their time management and service delivery. The staff was polite, but the time delays, incomplete services, and lack of communication significantly detracted from the overall customer experience. Time is a valuable resource, and when customers come in for service, they should receive clear and accurate expectations, particularly when their requests involve more time and effort.

Let me preface this by saying that after all of this, I was finally able to get in contact with Chris, the GM. He was more than happy to make everything up to me. In fact, he offered me a free tire regardless of whether I brought my business back to him or not. All in all, my experience with the staff was poor, but Chris more than made up for it.——————-I went in for one tire and an alignment check. I left specific instructions- “my car is used occasionally on track, and needs to have an accurate alignment and the tires need to be between 32-34 pounds each”. My advisor happily agreed to this, “we can do that easily! When can we see you?”.At checkout, I was told the alignment check was “done”. When asked to see the spec sheet (provided after every alignment), I was told it was “good and checked out”. When asked a second time, my advisor went to the back, looked around, and claimed it was lost. I went out to the car, discovered their alignment rack was covered in tools, boxes, and other junk that would make it impossible to do.Upon checking the pressures in my tires, I found I had 34 pounds in every tire except the one they replaced, which had 52 pounds. The maximum pressure rated for these tires is 49. Had I drove on them, I would’ve had a blowout and damaged my car. Upon visual inspection of the tire, it shows stress fissures from being overinflated. At this point I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for three days. After being lied to, having my life and property put at risk, and having an incompetent service team work on my car, I can’t even get ahold of the store because they are screening my calls. I had to call from my girlfriends phone, as I was calling them from mine they wouldn’t pick up. When they heard my voice they put me on hold for about 20 minutes in a hope I would go away. After reviewing all paperwork provided, I found my DOT number on the tire was not registered either. This could cause a legal concern for myself and the store if there is a defect with the tire (highly possible as it was over inflated to the point of almost bursting).Do not trust these guys with your vehicle. They lied to my face, put my life and property at risk, and will not even face their mistake.

This has been my second or third time coming here and it’s simply because they have great service. Terry was very helpful and attentive. I went in for 1 tire that had a nail in it and they found a second nail in another tire, they were able to repair both. The wait time was a little long, but nonetheless the service was great. Thank you to the technicians that fixed up my tires and thanks to Terry for the great service. I will continue to trust them with my tire needs.

Quick and easy. One of the best things about them is that they offer free patch ups, which was honestly a nice surprise for me since I had a nail in my tire. I wasn't planning on buying new tires until I got the service done. There turn around was amazing. They got new tires put on in less than 3 hours
